I wouldn’t waste my time or energy at Action Ink again.They are rude and unprofessional artists that should not be in business.One artist there said my skin color will not look great with colors because I’m not light skin. I went to Providence & got just what I wanted with colors and I love it. Action Ink will never see my face again. specially reading some of the reviews now. Glad I didn’t waste my money there.
had my tattoo last Saturday and I love it .. Gil is a wonderful tattoo artist.. I went there and I wanted to incorporate one more thing and he was so patient and friendly.. I will be back again.
The man,Steve, there completely mutilated my face and couldn’t match a nose piercing on the other side. Said nose was crooked.. didn’t even offer me a mirror. I had to ask his name, so unprofessional and rude, and I have a video with him screaming at me and calling me a C word because I wanted my money back. I also have a video of him screaming outside that I have a crooked nose I’m a drug addict and I’m crazy.. This shop is a mess his GF works there and tried to fight me. This was traumatic, and these people acted with no compassion. Do not go here for anything these people do not deserve to be in business. I will be calling the better business bureau to complain. (I had to edit my review because I was so distraught originally doing text to talk it)
I had my last piece done by Gil a couple a weeks ago and I just wanted to put out there the level of professionalism he displayed with an ungrateful customer who in my opinion is probably still breastfed. He spent close to 20 minutes on the phone to try to appease this child, to no avail. Now I do get work done as some sort of misguided therapy but after witnessing the interaction that happened Gil should probably register as a licensed therapist. Actually that might be a good idea so we can petition to have ink therapy covered under health insurance. Not too mention he not only gave me a lollipop BUT he also unwrapped it.

I just got a tattoo today by Gil, and he was great! I’m 18 and it was my first tattoo and he genuinely made me feel comfortable. I will definitely go here again for my future tattoos.
Went in scheduled an appointment for a small neck tattoo of 4 numbers behind my ear. When I showed up the tattoo artist was a d*ck when speaking to me refused to tattoo me when I showed up because it was my first tattoo….. so the guy knew he was uncomfortable doing it and waited until I showed up to tell me. Wasted my time and was a complete A Hole. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!! Always empty in there too when you drive by I can see why glad I didn’t get tatted there.
Went to Shelly for my last couple tattoos the girls a beast if your looking to get one iwould definitely check her out and the place just has good vibes everyone seem pretty solid in there good spot
