Had to have my car towed this morning. Shannon was super nice, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

I called my insurance for a tire change, a teenage kid offers to help remove my tire, then the tow truck shows up as he’s removing it and instead of getting off to see if they could take over or if we still need help they holler from a mile away if were ok. The kid nods and I thought they’ll get off and assist or take over, denied they left, without ensuring they did their job which they are paid to do, I just looked at them not waving goodbye back to them thinking theyll turn around and finish their order. Nope. So I called and the dispatcher said they’ll send them back right away I waited 45 minutes and apparently their boss send them on another job right after but told me otherwise. Such shady and lazy people.
I needed a tow, looked up someone on Google Maps, called for a tow, got picked up within the ETA window and dropped off where I needed to go. It cost exactly what they said it would. No complaints.
We had our car towed tonight and the service was outstanding. The driver was friendly and professional. First rate service!
