Great team, great service, great price, they fixed the A/C in my 1979 Lincoln continental, what actually I can't for months, the only issue with it, it's too cold????
Next week, I will take my 1988 Ford F350 with a charging system issue. What I can't troubleshoot myself is that I will see how it goes ????

This was the best experience I have ever had with a auto repair shop. My ac went out and I called all over trying to find some place to diagnose and fix it. Most charged a high diagnostic fee, also. One shop even turned me away because the owner would not allow people to wait in his building! I called Ace and the owner said “C’mon in- I’ll help you”. It was the compressor so knew it was going to be expensive, but his price was very fair. He even gave me a public school teacher discount- no one ever does that! He had the parts brought in quickly, let me wait so I wouldn’t have to come back, and had me back on the road by 4pm. I still can’t believe that after going a month with no AC, they fixed everything for me the same day. These folks are honest, hardworking , skillful and polite. I’ll be going there for everything from now on out!
Back in June I took 4 a/c lines for my semi to be remade here. After about a week noticed one was leaking at the hose where they crimped it at. Went back and owner was saying they don't warranty hoses. I get pissed and argue with him and when I said I was going to contact the BBB he had a mechanic re crimp the hose while it was on truck. He should have remade the hoses for me as a just paid over $350 for him to remake them which I believe I was being overcharged. I have had 2 replace 2 hoses with new ones because tired of the freon leaks. Now last night one of the other hoses they remade started leaking while I'm out here in Laredo,TX working. So now just gonna have to go to dealer and buy the other 2 hoses new to avoid any future issues. I have spent more $$$ in freon from leaks from what they charged me for to remake hoses. So in less than 4 months I have had to replace all 4 a/c hoses that they made. I live near them in Ocala but I would not recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to spend more money in repairs. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Very honest and thorough shop. I was very impressed! They did not overcharge when (in my experience) others would have... They did not suggest an unnecessary diagnosis when it wasn't needed; even though they could've and I'd have been none the wiser. Would definitely refer... My son is taking his car next week.
Just got my SUV back for the second time from this absolutely lowest-tier auto shop in my 49 years. I trusted Jim because over the years he did small repairs performed and he seemed like a nice guy. I gave him very detailed instructions about what parts I wanted replaced, because I've done this repair before in my driveway. He said 4 hours labor, maybe more, OK. 1 week later, I'm driving home from his shop after paying $1200 (+his 5% "surcharge" for using a card) (?) POW! Had to pay $170 tow fee back to his shop. Week two, he took it upon himself to have a complete new driveshaft fabricated without even calling me first for approval. $550 surprise pick-up charge. I couldn't believe he didn't approve it with me first? The drive shaft had nothing to do with my instructed repair. And I have a new one in my garage.
So we went from a $500 estimate to over $1600.00 paid. Second very nervous drive home last night? The rear seal came out along with all of the fluid. I feel absolutely violated, and I am taking action. Be very careful of this man. Just watch when you talk with him about your car problem, he does ALL the talking, takes no notes, and he is NOT a mechanic. Just a business owner who lies straight to your face..

Jim and the mechanics do an excellent job. They answered our questions and did a great job on our trucks. Jim was upfront on the costs, benefits and risks of the repairs. We highly recommend Ace.
Took my car in to look at the AC. They took my car in very quickly, even with no appointment, and diagnosed the problem and repaired it. They went over the before and after with me. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend!
