John does an excellent job to make sure you are satisfied. He is also quick to make reputable recommendations. I stopped to get my battery tested, he was right out with his tester and advised me it was bad. He replaced it and made a phone call about the warranty, fully covered and no charge.
John provides the perfect mix: Knowledge – Ability – Honesty. John has been servicing my vehicles for over 10 years. I moved 6 years ago but I still drive 40 miles 1-way to keep John as my mechanic. I get all my oil changes [as well as repairs] done at Accel Auto because John provides a thorough check of the vehicle and lets me know what might need to be fixed/replaced in the future. He never pushes a repair if the part still has Safe Useful Life left in it. Again, the perfect mix: Knowledge – Ability – Honesty.
My family has been taking our vehicles to Accel Automotive in Oconto Falls, WI since they opened. They have been awesome to us and they do great work. What I respect the most is the fact that they back up their work! They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied! We won't take our vehicles anywhere else for anything, not even a simple oil change! John, Travis, and everyone else at Accel have earned our loyal patronage!

John, the owner, is amazing. He has a high sense of morals and is a perfectionist. So, you know that when he is working on your car, it will get fixed right and don’t ever have to worry that you are being overcharged.
I'd give less than one star if I could. Jon, the owner, failed to let me know that he'd left my vehicle outside his shop on the road where it accumulated a ticket and was eventually towed by the police. I was under the impression that he was in the process of finding parts for my car as he failed to let me know that he'd given up searching. My Grandfather went to Jon for years with no problems and I'm certain he would more than upset at this strange handling of a situation by Jon, the Owner.
John @ Accel Auto always gets the job done in a timely manner and is very fair. I am very pleased with the quality of repairs he has done for me.
Awesome place and John does an outstanding job. Very understanding and great service.. I highly reccomend this service center.
