I would not recommend this place to anyone the lady in the front I think she said her name was Ann or something she was absolutely rude and have poor customer service she was rude with the guest in front of me before she helped me out , I think she woke up on the wrong side of the bed this day but I will not be returning until they get better customer service. I give them a 1star
Please do not take vehicle here. Owner is very rude and disrespectful. I took my car for inspection and now my car is making a horrible sound every time I have to make a left or right turn. Save yourself and go elsewhere.
Amazing place to get a oil change. Just one time I came in and got service (oil change) . The lady said $80, a few weeks ago it was $70 other than that I give 5 stars ..
Whoever they having answering they phone need to do better. She rude &cant nobody understand her.

I have been getting my vehicles inspected from ABC since they opened on Jefferson Ave. I love the service. Being a senior citizen I feel like he is not trying to charge me more than I can afford. Thank you so much for your service.
Had all 4 breaks replaced here and no, not on the same day. At the same time, my breaks were done within a few hours and I was back on the road. My truck drives smooth and nice!????????
My husband took his vehicle to ABC Auto a few days ago for a re-do on the inspection. Being we had a rejection sticker from another Auto Repair Facility. We were quite suspicious about the work needed.being we had the vehicle lifted and couldn’t duplicate the issue.Apparently ABC never duplicated the issue, either. But they said we needed a rack & pinion assembly.Because ours was leaking. My husband asked the receptionist Virginia if he could order his own part. She stated he could ! Once the part came in on Friday. We took our vehicle Saturday morning March 26th. The owner told my husband in a rude manner, that he could only buy the part from him. And not from another outside Auto parts store. So he would not honor the part. I think it’s important to read the reviews to form your own opinion. I told my husband the owner has a tendency of being rude. Few of the reviews was about the owners attitude. Showing unprofessionalism will not bring you customers or repeat customers. After having breakfast at Dennys. We were able to find an Auto Repair place. That would let him use the part he had. ☝️
