Disappointed today...£8.60 breakfast turned out at £11.00 with coffee & b&b....free refills cancelled so with 2nd cuppa would have been almost £13.00. I was the only driver in the cafe at 12.15 today......no wonder.....should be Renamed a Bistro as its only affordable to the middle class farming set....of which there was plenty in there today. Can't fault the food or the service but after using regular for over 30 years doubt I'll return!
1st time here and really impressed. Food great and well priced. Place very clean, load of seating and an area with big comfortable chairs and tv. Definitely worth stopping
Panic stations when we arrived today for lunch…..no more cafe! It has literally been demolished but our disappoint was short lived as they have temporary accommodation around the back of the truck shop.
Been coming here as our mid way stopping point for a number of years and has never failed to deliver. Good portioned and tasty meals at a decent price and not just for lorry drivers.
Makes me smile every time I come in as there are 8 differ types of all day breakfast with the ‘Belly Buster’ best value for money. Fills that hole every time.
Nice relaxing friendly and atmosphere with plenty of space to kick back for that welcome break. A far better option than the multi national outlets around the corner. A must try!

Unfortunately no dedicated Vegan menu available but I'm sure, I you can pluck up the courage amongst all those meat chomping truck drivers, you can ask for a customised meal suited to you.
As it's a truck stop, the atmosphere is, well, like a truck stop. Comfortable chairs, a large screen TV, some newspapers and toilets.
Fabulous home cooked traditional breakfast and meals, friendly and helpful staff with a full menu and great beverage selection.
Highly recommend!
