AP electronics is by far the best place in Herefordshire for vehicle electronics! Really friendly staff and very knowledgeable. If my vehicle is having an electrical fault, they'll always fit me in and waste no time to have a look at it even if they are chock of block! They always leave a good finish to their work and always make it looking smart. I have had multiple flashing lights applied to my van and they can get it done in a day! When Halfords refused to fit my apple play radio into my van, I popped over to AP electronics and they were able to do it in less than an hour! Thank you for all the hard work guys!
EDIT: further to my review I would like to point out that the staff member I spoke to was rude, unprofessional, incompetent & spoke to customers in a very patronising manner. I would not recommend to anyone and they cannot complete the a simple task such as source an alternator or relay.
Furthermore, they appear to be unable to take any form of criticism, I did have a conversation with a fellow customer who agreed in relation to their unprofessionalism.
Expect an angry customer, I wouldn’t want to revisit these idiots anyway..

Very poor experience. I visited A & P requiring a relay and an alternator repair or replacement.
They could not obtain the relay (so failed there) and I was told that the alternator would be replaced the following day.
I received the alternator the following day, the unit did not fit.
I returned the unit and agreed to having mine rebuilt. The next day they called me to ask if I could take my pulley in to see why it wouldn’t fit my tractor to which upon my arrival I was told to expect it not to fit as it is an aftermarket unit and that a genuine unit will be more money.
I have wasted several trips, my time and machine downtime for a company that I feel couldn’t care. After more than one visit trying to make the replacement unit fit, agreeing to rebuild and them going back on that I requested a refund.
Poor service, poor communication and expensive. I feel let down and that they couldn’t care less.
WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

Always been first class service and reliable never had to go back , job right first time ( hard to find that today in other businesses)
Last month had rear censors fitted big job had to remove all boot panels to get to rear bumper, great job no damage
finished on time and fair price
Yesterday booked in for sat/nav/rear camera another top job.

Great fast, efficient service , as always. Problem with my old camper van alternator and electrics diagnosed and fixed quickly. Definitely recommend. Wally is wonderful
Full of knowledge.
Been there for washer pump issues. Told me that checked and found washer pump issue need to change and cost about 150+ no repair done, diagnostic charge 49£, at home opened the car and checked pump seen some dirt in pump and blocked the water flow is cleaned, and works well.
People could have chosen better ways to cheat/loot people.
The next day visited the shop and informed them about my findings
Accepted their fault in diagnostics without hesitation and refunded the money in a very professional manner which I was least anticipated ????
Very helpful staff who've been constantly friendly and helpful for personal and business requirements for a lot of years.
Good honest people, very helpful in trying to diagnose the heating issue.
