Called late on a Friday afternoon as car making awful noise. So friendly and helpful. Did the job straight away (new brake pads) and at reasonable price. Mechanic worked passed his clocking off time to complete job. Arwen so kind and reassuring. Customer service like it used to be. Took my ford connect for a driveshaft change David was a real nice mechanic who knows what he’s on about.
After breaking down and being let down by the RAC and a stressful couple of days, AE motors came to our rescue. They collect our car from Haven while we made our way back to Birmingham by train. They then got the car diagnosed that day and was able to get it fixed by the Thursday. We came back by train to collect the car and he was waiting at the station to take us to the garage. Couldn’t recommend this garage enough. Amazing service from friendly staff. Thank you

We were on holiday and out car started making a terrible screeching noise. We phoned AE motors and they said to come straight down. They were super friendly and fixed the problem there and then but also reassured us that we could drop back in. Thanks!
