I have been looking for an Ecuadorian restaurant that served Chaulafan for quite some time since the one on Atlantic and Rockaway closed down during the Pandemic.
I typically get Chaulafan with chicken and shrimp without the pork and beef. Everything else remains the same. The food is seasoned well, great customer service, and the evening manager or owner is always hospitable with warm welcomes.
I had a business meeting there once and my friends were very pleased with the food flavors, portion size, and they were comfortable with the price.
The restaurant may appear a bit tight with space but that all depends on your comfort zone. I loved the music, the vibe from others, and the cultural ambience.

The prices are little high the tips is included and ordered a soup of pata. And 1 beer const me 25$ I think is to much for a soup 15 $ 5 $ beer 5 dollar tip if i know before I ordered a main course better but for 1 or 2 dollars more i can get some nice
The place is good but a little pricey
They charge additional fee ($4 dollars, is not a %percentage ) if you pay with credit card. I think is not fair if they don't tell you from beginning.
The prices are extremely high for the quality of food not to also mention the service
Very nice authentic Spanish food. Food was fresh, tasty and good..Beer was ice cold. Waitresses were very polite and attentive
Some pals and I were looking for a place to drink and snack after a meeting at 9 pm on a Thursday. This place was perfect. Loud music and bright lights but good beer deals and tasty snacks.
I ❤ This place. This is my fave of favorite restaurants on roosevelt ave. The cuisine is worth the wait, and is always a welcoming and friendly environment. 0° all day, baby.
