Für einen reinen Burger Laden leider wenig Auswahl. Burger die wir bestellt hatten waren gut aber nicht so, dass wir jetzt unbedingt nochmal dahin müssten.
Pommes waren extrem labrig. Eigentlich mag ich sie so aber das war ein "tuch to much"
Alles in allem oke für den schnellen Hunger
Sehr leckere Burger. Man kann sehr schön draussen sitzen und Drinks direkt in der. Pin up Bar nebenan bestellen . Entspannte Atmosphäre.
Tolle originelle Burger und super Lieferservice von Smood. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen!

Fidèles clients du Zooburger depuis de très nombreuses années, nous avons remarqué une baisse dans la qualité (et la quantité) des plats ces derniers mois. La quantité de frites n'est plus suffisante, et le burger est trop mou et humide. S'agissant d'une commande sur Ubereats, nous sommes conscients qu'une partie du problème vient de la livraison, mais cela n'explique pas la portion minuscule et la qualité médiocre du burger. Par le passé, lorsque le packaging était différent, la qualité du burger et des frites était maintenue. En espérant que ce problème puisse être réctifié, car nous restons convaincus que les recettes du Zoo sont les meilleures de tous les burgers à Lausanne !

I used to be a regular at Zooburger for years, but a few months back it changed, and I had a bad experience with undercooked meat.
I went back a few days ago, and ordered the cheddar burger with no garlic due to intolerance. As offered on the menu, I asked for it to be well done, but was then served a rare burger with garlic (aioli) on the plate. I told the waitress who took it back. Second time around, I cut it in half to check and it was still very pink. I notified the waitress again, who (clearly annoyed) took it back. Third time around they serve me HALF a meat paddy (keep in mind I had still not eaten any of it), and this time my cheddar burger, came back with no cheddar…
We communicated in English the whole time, until I asked for the check. I was offered 10% off for the inconvenience, but they threw away 50% of my burger. At this point she clearly still understood me, but directed her answers to my boyfriend in French. Disrespectful! Ended up having to pay 15 CHF for the tiny salad and the fries.
Je mets 4* car par rapport au prix, les assiettes pourraient être un peu plus remplies, les frites un peu mieux cuites et l'accueil... était pas des plus chaleureux c'est dommage.
Il fait un peu froid à l'intérieur l'hiver aussi.
Sinon endroit super sympa. Avec des plats Vegan donc top !????
Belle devanture ça donne envie de s'arrêter ! Large choix de burger, et assez originaux. Ça change du traditionnel cheeseburger qu'on connaît en long en large et en travers.
Là au moins on sent l'originalité et on sent que la carte à été travaillée !!
Et le choix de bière est vraiment parfait également.
On recommande malgré quelques points négatifs. On a passé un bon moment.
