I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this shop for an Evri Amazon return. The person behind the counter was rude and unprofessional.
How do you expect customers to return with such a bad attitude?
Not even a greeting or goodbye or thank you. Never will I return to this shop again.
Get some training and be polite to your customers is my suggestion to you. Doesn't even warrant one star. Must try harder!!!
I received absolutely disgusting service today when I went to pick up my Hermes parcel. I’d just finished an 8 hour shift at the hospital and sent my parcel to Yvonne because I knew I’d be out at work. The man on the desk refused to give me my parcel because my name was under Becky rather than ‘Rebecca’ stated on my ID card. He scoffed at me and belittled me in front of other customers and was so misogynistic and cruel. I asked to speak to manager and he refused to contact them and told me I was being abusive and told me to leave. I burst into tears because of the way he was treating me and he shouted at me and told me that he could be abusive too. I’m not an inflammatory person and just wanted to pick up my Hermes parcel after a long shift. I will never use this store again and can see from the reviews that many people have had similar experiences.
After using this local store for 3years, tonight I was met with obnoxiousness and arrogance by the owner for no apparent reason. Upon asking for an item behind the counter. He became rude towards me when he was unable to understand what I had asked for and then asked to leave the store! Gobsmacked

Then are not honest about it.
As the other previous customers experienced - this place got the worst Indian staff ever. You got one always stand and stares at customers like they are going to rob the place. The other one at the lit hates his life and got irritated when I asked for £5 change. Lastly, overpriced.
The worst service I have ever experienced. Rude and unpleasant staff, making fun of you in front of other clients and they are clearly discriminative against any different ethnic groups. The man from the staff is so arrogant and chauvinistic that I'm already feeling anxious to go there again to pick up my last parcel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Nice store with a good range and services. Guy stands in front of Hermes machine when you want to use it. Checking for a parcel, went from the bottom to the top unable to find it. Then went from the top to the bottom again checking every parcel and packet. While I'm waiting.
When he gets to the bottom I lean to to print label and he just says "you wait" so I stand still while he stands and faces me and says "you wait till I finish" after he just stares at me, I leave. I think he wanted a fight but I'm in my 60's and only want to post a parcel. Went to the one on Bilton Road instead. A lot less hassle. Never again.
Horrible customer service,very rude and extremely unprofessional staff.Very dirty as well- rubbish welcoming you at the entrance of the shop ,I don't think this is normal....
