I ordered the boneless jerk chicken with rice and peas and a side of coleslaw, it tasted very well cooked and seasoned and great portion size. I will definitely order again.
Good food, there can be a little wait but that's only because they're busy.
Been along time since, I last ate here. and wont be eating here ever AGAIN !! Although the staff were pleasant. £11 for large oxtail meal. most expensive i've seen, and tasted nothing but browning and sugar. my ancestors would turn in their graves having this called caribbean food, average/large portion size, but all in all was well disappointed.
Visited here as my local Caribbean has closed down and I must admit I am thankful I did! I had the curry goat with rice and peas and I will definitely be coming back to try a few more things.
The best Carribbean food! We had jerk chicken with Mac and cheese and brown stew fish and it was all absolutely excellent, couldn't stop making mmm sounds!! Definitely recommend.
Hands down one of the best/reliable Jamaican shops in Hackney. Food is consistently tasty and the staff are efficient. Their peppered steak is great.
