Good: the food is pretty delicious.. Not quite all the dishes are authentic, but flavours are good and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
Bad: pretty chaotic and spotty service. Lots of tables missing dishes or waiting a long time, orders wrong etc. We actually had good service, but it felt like mostly because we speak Chinese.
Place deserves a 3.5 really.
We needed something really quick and these three dishes were done within 5 minutes. Obviously these are fast food Chinese dishes, so I won't review them according to traditional Chinese food standards. The fried rice and stir-fry noodles were enough to satisfy our hungry stomachs and the lamb was extremely tender.
Great Chinese restaurant! Plenty of vegetarian options and amazing service. We practically had our own private waiter because we chose to sit upstairs. I had the satay bean curd, vegetable fried rice, and crispy seaweed with cashews.
Had a lovely meal here sunday night. Got the special for £17.50. The mixed combination starter and salt and pepper chicken with fried rice was delicious. Will definitely come here again when I'm back in 3 weeks.

The young Chinese woman who served my wife and I was extremely attentive and provided a quick and efficient service.
I asked for extra duck sauce,and this was quickly brought to me.
The cost was very reasonable.

I seldom leave reviews or make a complaint when eating out. I also normally enjoy Chinese food but this was the worst I've ever had. The flavours were artificial. Some dishes were cold and the meat tasted like it had been re-heated. I hate waste and seldom leave food, but I left most of the meal. The staff did not seem concerned and charged us in full for the meal, which I thought was poor customer service. Will not go again.
Excellent value & really tasty! We weren't sure what to expect initially as the 3 course meal for 2(prawn crackers, chicken&sweetcorn soup, hoisin crispy duck wraps, s&s chicken, beef in black bean & egg fried rice, coffee/tea each) was only £30. But all the food was so nice and well presented! Loads more tables upstairs too. Reasonably priced drinks too.
Really good food!! The staff make you feel very welcome and good vibe through the restaurant. My only issue is we had our 4month baby and couldn’t keep the pushchair up (lack of room) or get a high chair so I had to eat with a baby on my lap. Joys of being a parent! Really good other than that.
