After leaving it late for my MOT they managed to fit me in with a fair price great customer service and a professionally valeted car returned to me to top it off.
Having been in customer service all my life it’s nice to see professional, courteous and knowledgeable people still exist. Unfortunately we don’t see it in this day and age very often so when it is well, credit where credit’s due.
Fabulous caring staff from salesman Peter and Richard .then Paul who guided me through the new car and ensured I was happy driving it.very professional . Didn't rush with the sales..

A rare attribute in the world of Auto retailers and servicing. They have the best customer service of any motor dealer I have ever dealt with and their sales team is professional and very helpful, led by an outstanding Sales Director, she is diligent and very attentive. It’s a pleasure to do business with them even though it’s not free (!) they are always competitively priced. Their Masterfit team are just as helpful and assist brilliantly. Well done!
Always great service. Cost of service, MOT and new exhaust is a lot less than most dealerships small service price. Work completed in 2 and a bit hours.
I had great service from the guys at masterfit. The prices I was quoted included labour so no surprises.
Diagnosed and fitted a new battery for the same price as just a battery from Halfords. Dont always get the diagnosis right first time but pretty good.
