Staff are always helpful and try their best to serve every customer as quickly as possible. Even if prescriptions aren't yet ready they try to get them done as quickly as possible so you don't have to wait too long or make a return visit. Great job everyone

I have given one star as it wouldn't let me give 0. This place is a joke. 4 times know I have had to use this pharmacy. But that's it never again. The staff have a clue and don't even seen to want to be there. The old woman who served me this time was rude and seem to want to talk to anyone else then do her job. Even though there are only allowing 2 customers at a time in. It still took 25 minutes to get my prescription sorted. And it was only for indigestion tablets. The pharmacy next door is a much better service. And the staff seem to know what they are doing. That is the one I would will use from now.
No communication from person serving behind the counter. She took my name after wandering around being concerned about “ooh the shred it man’s here and the post lady, ooh everyone is coming at once!” She didn’t communicate further and just walked off. I had to ask “is my prescription ready or shall I come back?” She seemed shocked I had asked! Outdated tatty A4 paper signs on the door lead the public to believe they only allow 2 people in at a time and you MUST wear masks- neither are true! 20 minutes in total I waited for a prescription (that was ordered yesterday morning!). Yet the smaller more efficient pharmacy next door is super fast and has actual effective communication (I know as I collect my fathers prescriptions from there regularly!). I have got home and changed my nominated pharmacy as it’s just not working here anymore. With the doctors now moved and times changing they will really have to buck up their public facing roles to retain custom!!
Excruciatingly slow service. 30 minute wait time for a prescription that had been sent to them several days previously. The small pharmacy next door is so much better. I will be avoiding York pharmacy in the future.
Friendly staff. Speedy service too. Have even delivered to me as a one off here and there.
Mr Patel & his staff are always welcoming & have gone out of their way to resolve any problems that arise with my medication. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Obviously at times there maybe a little wait for prescriptions, which is understandable, as they are so busy!
Excellent customer service. Mr Patel is always happy to give advice on otc and prescribed medicines.
