Had a problem with my gear shift that a previous mechanic was unable to solve. Mal and his team were more than happy to accommodate me as a first time customer and look into the problem.
Service was incredibly quick; within a day of dropping the car off it was ready to collect, and Mal let me take the car for a drive before coming to a judgement on the work, which i'm happy to say solved the issue. Prices were excellent, and I was told the objective with my case was to do the job as well as possible whilst keeping the cost manageable, which makes a nice change from being overcharged for having work done!
Cannot recommend Ynys enough. Mal and his guys are friendly, knowledgeable and keep you informed as to what they are doing as much as they can, so much so that even with me not being a regular customer, I felt a sense of safety that my car would be looked after. I'll definitely be returning!
A lovely local garage. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Usually very busy so its good to book in advance if you can.
Especislly goid with diesel diagnostics, but servicecsll types of vehicle and do MOT tests.

I was very happy with the service I received, the repair wasn't a straightforward one but staff spent many hours trying to find the most efficient and economical way to fix it. I didn't have to pay anything until the vehicle was fixed to my satisfaction, including allowing a few days for me to run the new part in. As a woman on my own, I felt respected and listened to. I will be happy to use this garage again and recommend them to others.
Brilliant bunch of guys been having issues the last few weeks with my Audi and previous garage could not fix the problem so I took it here and they sorted the issue for me.

I moved to Pontypridd a few months ago and this is my first time going to Ynys Garage. Amazing experience, fixed the issue I had really quickly as well as being very decently priced. I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to anyone who needs a trustworthy garage that can get the job done!
In an emergency these guys were able to help us very quickly. Very good price too. Highly recommend!
