Some of the staff are great, but on the downside just way too slow on getting prescriptions, if you don't want us as customers sort it out.
Used to be very efficient and quick to use not now. So this will be last repeat from here????????

Absolutely shocking. Waited 25 minutes for my prescription for them to tell me they didn’t have it. They did the same to other people also waiting. Also advised a lady that her prescription was probably still on the system when it was sent over a couple days ago. Was so unorganised they got everyone to write down their details on paper. I presume my prescription along with many others is sitting there somewhere. Very frustrating as I only popped out for 5 minutes during work but ended up being almost half hour later with no prescription. Need to sort it out.
This has been the best pharmacy I have had the pleasure of using a few times now since moving to the area, and I have to say that all of the staff are always polite, helpful and respectful. Customer/patient care is 5 star!
After trying many different pharmacies I can happily say that yew tree meets all my expectations. They have very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff that are more than happy to go the extra mile. Thank you for you continued support and dedication.
This pharmacy is amazing a lady name lyn I normally deal with and she goes above and beyond and I feel she needs to be aware of her apriciatation and every thing she's done for me I'm very greatfull and also the staff there are very helpful and polite on the phone I'd rate 10 stars if I could x
