Stopped by for a sandwich and a pint whilst on a midweek walk. Pleased to find a bustling pub with lots of atmosphere and superfriendly service. A real traditional village pub - I would happily drop in anyway even on my own and feel welcome. Thanks Red Lion!
Lovely little pub with lovely staff have been for quiz night and the karaoke and a few quiet drinks. Only downside is they have a private parking company for the car park so put your reg in as soon as you go in, and don't get caught out as the signage going in is on the side you don't see as it's a one way street.
Probably the only proper pub left in the village. There is plenty of comfortable seating, good acoustics from the carpet and soft furnishings, plus there is a choice of about four real ales mostly from the Marston's/Banks' stable. There is also a car park and a roaring open fire. Only a short walk from Bosworth Hall hotel via a footpath from its car park.
If your in bosworth n feel hungry or thirsty its the best of the 4 pub/restaurants in town overall. The menu covers all tastes done in a relaxed atmosphere. Very dog friendly. Has a screen for footy/sports. Clean toilets. Small but quaint beer garden with o/s toilet. Staff serving excellent and friendly. It even does the odd live band night.

Lovely little pub with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and very good value for money. Would 100% recommend this pub if you are in the area.
Visited recently - have lived out in this area for many years and have visited as a pub but never for food. Menu was good though could have done with a few more salad/pasta dishes. Our party of four ordered starters and mains and the service was excellent, as was the food, really well cooed and plentiful. Deserts were good too. It was sad to see it so empty in the restaurant area but maybe if the area was re-vamped/modernised it would attract more diners
Myself and my partner visited for food and what a fantastic experience we had. Firstly it had a very welcoming and cosy vibe. The customer service was outstanding, they went above and beyond at every opportunity and the food was 10/10. Huge portions and everything was fresh and locally sourced! We will be returning!
