What a hoot! Quick pint before get train. Sat at the bar for a beer. 5 hours later! Monika and Wilma were fantastic and the local banter brilliant! Shuggy, Billy, Lynn, Heather, Susan and Andy, (and the others I didn’t catch the name of) - thank you. Hope to come back to see you all. Jimmy
Dark pub in a depressed area. Poor beer but a reasonable price. Acceptable sandwich platter for a club meeting
The five stars are for the owners Jim and Wilma for allowing us to park our motorhome on their car park overnight after traveling a lot of miles and failing to find a site for the night. Also, thank you to the staff Elizabeth and Jack who were very helpful finding campsite availability for the following night. After many years visiting Scotland, we have always found a friendly warm welcome, and the hospitality is exceptional. Thanks again Jim, Wilma and the team.

Where here in march on a hen nite, and u no how rowdy a hen party can be, what a fantastic Day/Night we had, Bar staff and the punters are the best, made us really welcome, deffo goin to be coming back in the summer for a reunion hope yous are ready for round 2 haha, all the best Jackie and her hens see you all soon xxx
