Wonderful pub, we were staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia which to be honest doesn't offer a nice restaurant environment so we decided to seek out a local pub.
We called in for a drink, liked the place and friendly service and checked they were going to be serving food the next day (Sunday).
Today, we called for our early dinner, the pub was busy (bank holiday) and clearly has a good local following. They were all very friendly with their service and the atmosphere is lovely.
Great pub, really nice people, lovely home-cooked food and a beautiful view of the valley from the carpark.
We both choose pies, steak pie and turkey and ham pie, washed down with a pint. Both pies were stuffed with meat, lovely.
Perfect and highly recommended.

Country pub absolutely bursting with character. Friendly staff and well priced drinks on offer. Nice beer garden and covered area to rear of the building, with beautiful views over the Conwy valley.
I love this olde pub. Really small, really really old, great ambience so brilliant in every way. And the beer is good too!!!

Simply one of the best pubs I've ever visited (and there are a lot of those!). Lovely beer, friendly staff, amazing setting with fantastic views of the countryside. Can't recommend highly enough.
A great place to stop in for a quick pint after a long day exploring Wales. Lady behind the bar was super friendly and helpful! Shame we weren't staying longer and been around on the weekend for their food!
Wow ! ! What a lovely place, the staff are the making of this place, the food is "delicious" and the welcome in the hill side " is definitely hear,,the Welsh singing will blow your mind, best night ever, 5 ???? pints of larger 2 bags of peanuts and I was in heaven xx thank you Rachel xx
