1 start because I can't select anything lower. This is registered as a drop off location for many delivery services but it never works. I tried getting an order delivered here, the driver attempted for days stright and the shop was apparently never open. Will try my best to delist it from Amazon at the least.
The worst corner shop in the whole of Harrow. Possibly the worst in the whole of London. They’re all scammers and con artists. Overcharging on every item. If they see you’re a vulnerable customer they change the prices of items assuming you wouldn’t notice.They also Demand you buy something so they can top up your Oyster card. I've never seen anything like it. Wont be coming here again.
Shopkeeper has nothing to do with deliveries. EVRI are to blame for lost/stolen parcels. I’ve dropped off and collected 100+ parcels from here and I’ve only have 5 parcels go missing, and investigations show that the EVRI driver is at fault. Find the EVRI driver and accuse him/her, not the shopkeeper…it’s not his job. Or pay for a better courier to handle your goods.
Very rude management, not worth for one star.Once Evri parcel delayed for 4 days sitting in store and second time lost my expensive parcel.
Great service!! been posting here for the past 5 years the owner has looked after me as a small business owner, very trustworthy and reliable always goes a step further to help me if there’s a issue with the DELIVERY company

Terrible!! Never opens on time! I am sat here in chilling cold to collect my parcel or it will be returned by dpd. No one answers the call. This is not the first time. I try to avoid this store but on this occasion dpd dropped my parcel here as I was not available and this unfortunately happens to be the closest store near me.
Dropped a parcel here and never seen it again. Company hasn’t even received it. Beware of this place! They just leave your returns at the back where anybody could take it.
Never had problems with parcel drop off. But the opening times are not reliable. They open whenever they want. I won't say the staff are rude but neither friendly. Which is understandable knowing we are in London. They can't know if the next customer will be a trouble maker or not
