Ordered sausage and chips for my grandson and when he started eating them he said they did not taste nice.
The chips were almost cold and the sausage had a very funny tang to them either they were off or they had been stood there far too long.
Would not recommend if they can't get basics correct what chance everything else.
very good good here especially the chicken and sweet corn soup as it has a taste like no other and it’s a very strong favourable taste. Food when orderd could come quicker but other than that amazing since i’ve been coming here for years.
I recently got fired from my job and had £8.85 left in my bank account, I thought what the hell going to treat myself to one last good meal before I have Rice sandwiches, i ordered Fish Wings and a large Beef and Gravy dinner, I was really excited to eat this meal, before it came I brushed my teeth for around 30 minutes just to kill Time whilst waiting, when the meal came I couldn't wait to eat it and took a massive bite out of a fish wing, to my utter surprise it tasted like toothpaste? I was furious and thew the food at the TV, it broke my TV so now I'm jobless and have to do JigSaws all day. I wouldn't recomend this chippy.
My partner is a celiac and I have just asked for fried rice with either no soya sauce or light soya and the meal was amazing all the flavours without the soya sauce totally enjoyable well recommend
Dont go to this chippy...its awful...all they are interested in are the phone order deliveries...waited 25 minutes for chicken chow meine. Only 2 of us in there..chips and carton of curry....got home a 2 minute drive...put the meal out...just noodles and a few onions and a few strips of chicken and it was freezing....that is not chow meine.....chips were very pale and raw and also cold....the curry sauce turned to water on the plate and was look warm....i phoned them....told them about it all....i heard them talking chinese and then they hung up on me....once they get your money they are not interested in a complaint....there customer service is disgusting....dont go there...you have been warned
Awful - food is cold, greasy and tasteless. Chips were not cooked through and were mushed together and inedible when we opened them up. Beef black bean was watery with a floating layer of oil. The chow mein hadn't been wrapped properly and had spilled out into the bag. First time I've seen a chow mein with chopped up packet ham in it. Curry sauce was cold and congealed and rice was chewy. Basically a horrible attempt at a meal and we won't be going back.
Food isn't bad (if you can get them to give you what you actually ask for) but staff are miserable and either don't understand English too well or choose to act like they don't half the time. Either way it doesn't make for a great customer experience.
Food lovely, got banquet for 1 and very tasty, little bit expensive but good variety. Only down side was the wait for food,.did telephone order and arrived at pick up time but still had to wait another 15 minutes
