Broke down with my car and from the moment I got the vehicle to them I was filled with confidence that they knew what they were talking about and how to fix my car.
Not many places treat you with a smile and then leave you smiling after a huge chunk of change. But garage had a specialist range rover mechanic and after an immediate diagnostic and further smoke test straight away identified my fault and after some time collected my car. Most of the time spent in warranty company authorisation etc and waiting on parts, so outside of garage control but kept informed and communicated and regularly updated.

Give it a try because it seems it has pretty high Google review score. Asked them via email and facebook. Never received any reply from them.
Physically came down to their garage and ask about to replace brake pads and brake discs for all 4 wheels for my Vauxhall Astra K. The quotation was £6xx. Pretty expensive. I just turned my head and went away.
This is a hidden gem in London Excellent customer service. Staff were caring. Very knowledgeable about my car and problems.Trust them enough to recommend to others. Stayed back to finish the job so I can be on the read.

I had an issue with my starter motor (BMW 730), which had been ongoing for 2 months, just tried to put it off, finally called up Xcelsus and arranged for my car to be dropped off for the day. On dropping keys to reception I noticed my part was already there, effecient, considering I had only spoken to them the previous evening.
My total charge was just under £200, the AA guy who helped me the night before told me in the region of £200-£300, depending on part manufacturer.
I went online (eurocarparts) and the part (Remy) was £159 plus a surcharge for return of old part, so in effect, it was a very good deal for me, I know they probably get a discount, but I think I made a good saving, plus my car was clean inside out when I picked up!!!

THESE GUYS ARE A TOTAL SCAM. My driver seat had a problem with the motor moving as the buttons to move seats back and forth wouldn't work, and he said it will take him one hour to have it fixed. I was watching him all along while checking the fault and all he did was check the wires in the boot for about 10 mins and went about doing other stuffs and later came back to me for £75 just to have it checked (saying he was working on it for 1 hour) and asked for another £250 saying it will take at least a day for buying a part online and fixing it. Meanwhile he didn't know I was watching him while he claimed he was there for 1 hour. I went to another nearby garage and had it fixed within 30 mins for £60. The new garage said it was just a cut wire and all he had to do was mend the wire. These guys are out to scam you. Theres a bunch of them in this garage and they all work as a team to ROB you.
An advise all people who has cars and looking any garage a fairly priced this is to your knowledge, if you want a person who can honestly get you rolling with every issues in cars especially any one who's earning on wheel and have issues with any problem; just visit to this place ''Xcelsus'' trust me these guys are honest and has no plan to rip you off, they help you out with the low cost car repair solution and get you on the road quickly. Try this guy for tyres also, god bless them. 5 ***** is less for them. They deserve more. Great and friendly.
