Had an issue with engine oil. After I got turned down by two other garages (probably because it's not a job for £££), the gentleman on the phone at Wrights responded to my enquiry with empathy. When I got to the garage, he inspected my car promptly and the whole repair process was smooth and professional. He didn't forget to provide me advice relavant to today's incident, which was helpful. Reasonable cost, efficient, professional yet friendly service. Shame I only found this garage today. Thank you.
