This pharmacy is above and beyond any I have ever experienced. The staff are WONDERFUL and Debbie the pharmacist is an absolute angel. This woman should train ALL pharmacists across this country, if they can get it so right, how do so many others get things so wrong?! A tightly ran ship with the friendliest staff. Please support this little village pharmacy, they deserve all the success that comes with their work. Thank you all
Love the staff, love the lady pharmacist - she is focused and present when discussing things with you. Priceless. Everything works well. They send text notifications when scripts are ready LOVE that.
HATE - ancient opening time schedule. With COMPLETE closing for lunch time. Plus some last minute closures only posted on the DOOR! ridiculous in this day and age.
I cannot count the occasions that I have come and it was closed.
IDEAL - open hours like everyone else in this world. But you may have your reasons. IF an emergency happens wheee the shop is closed unpredictably, POST it on Google!!!
A suggested fix - send opening hours EVERYTIME a notification text is sent to let us know prescriptions are ready to collect.
I can’t praise this Pharmacy enough. Very overstretched like most pharmacies, but the staff are always patient, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Each and every time I have been to this pharmacist they have been pleasant, polite and actively helpful. They answer their phones (unlike many Pharmacies including the huge one in Tesco!) and despite being a small place they also seem to hold a better variety of stock including a few ‘non standard’ things I have needed for a prescription and when they haven’t they have ordered it that day and had them delivered within 24 hours.
Absolutely no complaints from me! I am really surprised to see the comments below as they have never applied during my visits!
We do miss Duncan but have to say the staff and new management still go out of their way to support customers and do answer the phone and try and help at every opportunity. I very much appreciate them always trying to source medications necessary which is far more than I can say for my local boots or Tesco. During Covid I thought they took appropriate measures and had at times had to wait outside while others were being served in the shop while waiting our turn. Just be mindful they shut for lunch and early on a Wed otherwise I have never had any problems with this pharmacy or the kind helpful staff! We now travel from Faringdon because we appreciate the service we are given!
Super customer service. Last year I was searching everywhere for a particular product, and found it here. They offered to order me more, which was great, and that saw me through 6 months. When I popped back in without warning, the pharmacist recognised me and fetched the extra bottles they had ordered just in case I came back.
I'd just like to say how happy I have been with the new take over in management throughout such a difficult time in all of our lives (Covid 19) the staff have always been so helpful & my dosset boxes are always on time. I never need to ring in to check if they have been done. Very informative pharmacist & pleasant to speak too. You've done an amazing job in coming to our village in such difficult times. ????
