Decades of GREAT service from the owners! So friendly and helpful. All staff are lovely and warm.
Very disappointed - for a colleague to accuse my mother of losing her medications and misplacing them when they didn’t give her the correct amount of medicine is out of order. Furthermore they then laugh about it and refuse to give me the managers details so I can make a complaint.
Lied from Thursday onwards and think it’s acceptable to treat people like this, you’re dealing with important medication and you think it’s acceptable to forget how much you have given people and then leave them the whole day without their medication.
