The lady on the phone is very nice and helpful, but her husband is moody and doesn't really want to work. As for the service itself, I have no objections. However, he can be mean and instead of concentrating on work, he either eats or talks. He reprimanded me for that I dropped a few seeds from a tree on his driveway and they stuck to my windshield while driving, and he did it because I asked him if he would be able to do a diagnostic for me before the hour was up. Because I had an appointment and he stood and talked to someone for 20 minutes and I I was waiting to drive in. Lack of respect and good manners
Been here a few times after being frustrated by Halfords last year. Everyone I have spoken to here has been really knowledgable and friendly. They are very concerned with pricing fairly and always explain what's needed in an accessible way. I recommend them to everyone :)
Lovely friendly lady at reception. Fantastic service from the initial telephone call to the MOT being completed. This is an example of how to treat a customer. Highly recommended. I even got a free coffee. Many thanks for making it a pleasure to visit. I will certainly be coming back.
Excellent customer service from Andy and very reasonably priced. You can 100% trust that he would not ‘rip you off’. I was quoted a price for a repair at one of my local garages, and I hadn’t a clue if this was reasonable or not, but when I went to Andy, he did the job for £200 cheaper than I was quoted!!! I went to Andy on recommendation from my son and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now. Thank you so much Andy.
1st time i have used this garage, would definitely recommend it to anybody, this is now the place i will be coming for any repairs/mot i need.
It’s the first time I have used and met Andy,my brother in law using him all the time (I can see why now ).
Take note all these car mechanics locally to me ,Andy’s customer care right from the off was polite and friendly (looks like he is interested in taking your business,not like some who shrug their shoulders and look like they can’t be bothered!!
He look at my car when he said he would and fixed it in the time frame he said it would take.
Overall great customer service and very well priced .
Definitely got our (family) business.
