Fantastic guys. They were mega busy but were very accommodating when my car wouldn't start. They diagnosed the fault the same day, told me what part to source and buy (since it was a dealer only part) and fit it the same day I took it round! Couldn't recommend more highly. Will definitely be using these guys from now on ????
Quite an unpleasant experience using this garage. Firstly paid for a full service for the car including both belts. You have to continually chase on the phone because they will never call you. Agreed a price. Collecting car the older gentleman dithered and doubted over price recalculating everything in front of me repeatedly inspite of me reminding what was said on the phone repeatedly. After a tense and unpleasant amount of time it came about or just under the price we'd agreed. There was a notable list of issues noted with the car handed to me and we agreed to revist them nearer MOT time. I noticed once arriving home theyd sheered a bolt off on my coolant tank and not bothered to remove and replace the thread. decided to let it slide as Im not really in the head space to cause a fuss over something like that.
Later down the line I drove in person to the garage with the car and the hand written list of stuff of issues theyd written needed doing. Same older chap of the duo took notes in his diary and promised a call or to ring up if not heard back. If you have used this garage or plan to and have heard/hear this phrase guaranteed you're not getting called back. So eventually I called back, fully expecting I would be giving them the best part of a grand of work. I was certain the voice I was hearing was the same man Ive dealt with repeatedly, but he told me there was nothing costed up blaming his brother who must have been the one I saw in person. He then went on to snap at me saying "how are we supposed to cost up work to a car when we havent even seen the car!?" - A quite astonishing statment from someone who believes its his brother Ive dealt with and would have no idea if i'd brought the car or not. He continued to pass blame around and I just gave up, suggested I call back the following Monday and never bothered. Hand on heart I did nothing to deserve being treated like this.
In short I guess these guys are ok in a pinch if you're in need but if you value a professional service with proper reception, booking and quotation with a shred of pleasantness then this place is best avoided.
One of the best family owned garages around. Wish all garages were like this. No job is too small and their expertise on vehicles is pretty much first class. They are passionate about cars and do an honest job at a fair price. As well as normal repairs, services and MOT, they also do light restorations as they have a wealth of tooling.
I travel from Barnsley every time my van needs an mot or requires any work doing for the simple reason I trust them I always get a 1st class service and I have peace of mind I'm not going to get ripped off 11/10.
Very good prices and they can book you very quickly . You can come with your own parts so that you will not be overpriced for them. Very friendly staff.

I've been using this family owned/run garage for a very long time and I've always had fantastic service from them. They don't over charge, they do a great job and always phone you if they find anything extra that needs doing to get your permission to continue. Stuart and Paul who own it have always been polite and pleasant and easy to deal with. Great job, great blokes and a great price! What more do you want? 10 out of 10.

My car was having an emergency issue ( engine stopped working after the car not moving around 5s ! ) in Sheffield while driving to scotland. I keep calling local garages but most of them required pre-booking so they can't help.
Luckily I phoned to woodfield Garage and they were willing to help and check my car. They started the diagnostic test and also get me to contact the garage that I've used before and start to communicate with them to understand what parts they have changed that might cause the issue.After 30 mins fixing my car was able to drive without any issue!!
At the end they just costed me a very very reasonable price !!! ( I was worried that would be an expensive fee since it was an emergency issue ).
WIth their help I was able to complete my rest of journey with my family! :)
Very professional and highly recommend!!
