I have all my cars serviced here many times, and the services were always top-notch and great. With the trust I have for shop, I can expect and rest assured that the cars' issues I have will be addressed with honest and great qualities/workmanship and great prices.
My husband and I have been coming to Wonder Auto for over 25 years, and the service has been top-notch. The prices charged have been below the dealer's cost, and the quality of workmanship has been just as great. If there was a problem with a repair, we have been able to bring our cars back and was satisfied with the results. Ben is such a caring and sweet person. Thankful for good people and great service.
The price is very reasonable. They are strut specialists, so I would highly recommend. On some parts replacement, I would go to Autozone to buy parts with good warranty (at higher price, of course), then bring it to this shop to have them replace/install the parts and charge me for labor only. Once the parts failed under warranty, I'll take it back to Autozone to exchange for new parts, then have them reinstall new parts again. Almost every replacent costs me labor only, but I save tremendously on the parts spending.
Bien always provides excellent customer service for great prices whenever I got there. He will inspect the car free of charge and make you aware of any other problems if any . Great prices as well 5 star all around!
Great service, an honest mechanic that tells you truly what is needed. Had to get my shocks replaced, and the first mechanic quoted me several items that were unnecessary and at a much higher price. They warranty all their work and have been very kind to everyone in my family.
Recommended by a friend who has been their customer for many years. Now I recommend them too. Yes, they do really wonderful job diagnosing problems and fixing them! Plus they are super friendly!
Horrible service!!! I went to get my engine oil change and also ask if they can check my brakes. They said I need all new brake pads plus rotors. $530 total. I went and pick up my car then my brake was worst then before. Didnt brake on time, disabled my anti lock brake system and I smell smoke coming out from my wheels. The must have given me cheap quality parts plus charging me premium. Stay away from this scam.
My father had taken his car to Wonder for years. Now, I take my cars to Wonder. This is probably the only place where I don't feel like I'm being cheated. The owners are honest about needs to be fixed and I have never been upsold. I feel very comfortable recommending this place to others
