Best KPortal Reviews
Food was decent, service is good, it's a little pricey considering the amount of food places is limited, they DO NOT TAKE CASH, so don't forget your debit card. It was a little stuffy as far as the heater goes. Other than that if you want a quick bite. This would be the place.
I visited here in the last week of March this year, and when I came to review google maps says it was permanently closed. So I am not sure if this place closed in a matter of two months, but if it is still open, then please go here.
Out of all the other options available in the terminal, this place looked the most appealing. They offer pizza and deli items, and I was not in the mood for pizza, so I had a club sandwich with chips and beer on the side.
I was pleased with the taste of the food, the vibe, and there was a small area to sit and eat.
The only thing that was weird was one of the employees was doing prep work out in the small area where the customers were eating.
I would need to come back to try the pizza and see if I would recommend this place, but I know the sandwich was good; wish maybe they served french fries, coleslaw, potato salad, or offered other sides instead of only just chips.
Also I liked they have a tv to watch sports/news on, that is a plus in my book.
Decent price for an airport restaurant, cashier was a little rude. Apparently their Scramble Pizza is just a pizza with scrambled eggs unceremoniously dumped on top; tasted fine for what it was, but I was expecting the eggs to integrated a little better, like maybe spread out and baked into the pizza. Then again, who am I to challenge the culinary wisdom of Mr. Puck, who surely created this recipe personally.
Great Menu for the traveler that wants to have a healthy meal. As always the Prices are outrageous. A Avocado Toast for $10. It is toast! The employees were friendly and the place was clean.
I had a good experience at this place. I got the Margherita pizza which was delicious and crunchy. They do accept cash but it has to be exact. They pizza is a little pricey for the size but what can we expect from a restaurant at an airport. Anyway, the morning staff was real nice and I should mention wait time for food is about 20 minutes. So if you’re in a rush, don’t risk it.
Delicious and great portions for airport prices. I was expecting a small, flatbread size pizza for $16, so I ended up getting 4 different kinds for my family of 6 to share (Margherita, BBQ Chicken & Pepperoni were delicious too). There was so much, we were all stuffed and had leftovers to eat again on the plane AND take home.
Our flight was delayed due to the recent weather. I was starving so I was very happy to see Wolfgang Pizza at this small airport. There really aren’t many options at ONT airport. Service was prompt and there is a banner near the register that says food takes longer than usual because it’s made to order. Which is nice, nothing frozen or already cooked. I ordered the Salami Pizza, it was very delicious but wish I would’ve said well done. The dough was not crunchy enough and when I bit the pizza all the toppings fell off. Was an overall ok pizza.
The absolute slowest staff
They took forever to make food, so much so that I had to ask for the manager to get a refund. The time it took was longer than 15 minutes, no line, and I was late to board my flight! The manager didn't even apologize when I asked for a refund and suggested they pick up the pace a bit.
The "cook" had to read and reread each menu item.
The person who took my order was more involved in a conversation with the staff in the back than helping with the order.
How it is in business is beyond me
