The woman at the registered that cashed me out was amazing, friendly, and welcoming. The shorter, lady witch I attached a picture of kicked me and my significant other out of a booth after we sat down with our drinks and told me we were not allowed to sit there as she seen me scanning the barcode on the table to order food. I will never come back here and as a professional traveling nurse I’ll ensure I inform my colleagues of this experience.
This place is ok but probably the best option at terminal b.
I hate places where the menu is a we code and you order and pay up front. I guess this is maybe more sanitary but ultimately service is not good and you don’t feel like you ever make a connection with a worker.
We both got the chicken sandwich. Pretty good. I wish I ordered no honey mustard because it was slathered on and too much. I got the fries which were seasoned nicely. My partner got the salad which was pretty good for an airport.
One of our dishes arrived very late, and we were hunting for the waitress. After 20 minutes, the burger arrived, but the other two guests had already completed their meals, no condiments at the tables, and everything had to be ordered by the app.
Do not order here if you expect your food to be in a timely manner. Pretty sure they lost my food ticket, which explains why it took so long. Also I wish I would have been told when ordering my food that they were out of an ingredient, I would have changed my order.
The staff were friendly enough, but very difficult when you have to catch a plane.
The food is decent for an airport, and maybe better than many other options nearby, but the service and lack of attentiveness of all workers is consistently terrible. Trying to dine in is a particularly painful experience I would avoid.
Don’t like to leave bad reviews but owners need to take note. They told me they were closed 20 minutes before the restaurant closes and while they were making a pizza in front of me. Told me I had to buy one of the ready to go items, and there was only a turkey sandwich. First bite into it and I realized it’s spoiled. See picture! Yuk! They also didn’t let me sit at one of the high top chairs after purchasing the sandwich and a drink from them and while there were other patrons sitting.
First time having food here, likely will be the last. I know airport restaurant food isn't gonna be an amazing dining experience, but I would have expected this place to be better than just mediocre. I ordered a margherita pizza, it was edible, and I was hungry, so I ate it. But it wasnt something I'd ever want to get again. A whopper from Burger King would have been more enjoyed.
Stopped in around noon. Service with the QR code worked fast and correctly. Servers were nice and efficient. Sandwich was very good!
