Salad was horrible. Brown nasty horrible. I've noticed , 5 star reviews get a Tha k you but 1 star gets no attention . Might wanna fix it.
With the amount of money that I spent here you would think they would get my food right! They forgot half my order so I ended up having to drive up there anyway. And the stuff they did remember they got wrong!!! Do not recommend!!!!!
The first time I went the food was decent but not good. I thought maybe because I got there within a hour of closing..tried it again and not only was my order messed up but the ladies that work there have horrible customer service. I called to tell them my order was messed up and they had forgotten to add broccoli to my rice, the lady told me "I don't know what you want me to do it's only broccoli it's not like it was a meat or something". Keep in mind the first time I ordered the rice they forgot my shrimp and I let it go. The second time I couldn't believe there was not an ounce of care at all. I will never be visiting this establishment I would urge others to think twice.
Placed an order through the website upon getting the notifications to get my food arrived at the time it said it was ready. Called in to ask if I could get cups of melted cheese for my fries as it wasn’t an option on the website the lady on the phone said she couldn’t do that after asking her manager. A few minutes later I get a call from a blocked number where she said they can do that but it would be an up charge which I said was fine. I get in ask for the cheese paid for it and when she’s showing me my order before I left there was a tin of 5 chicken when I ordered 18. She said it would be 5-7 minutes so I had no choice but to wait was not offered any compensation for my time or the mess of a situation at hand. The rest of my food is now cold and my oreo shake now melted and was only 3/4ths full to begin with. Absolute joke of an experience not to mention they were out of quarters and I got a bunch of nickels for change paying with cash for the cheese sauce

We came here some when they first opened but didn't come back due to the service we received back then. It was a let down because we had eaten other WnB locations and REALLY hoped this one would be as good as those, but it wasn't. ????
HOWEVER, we heard management had changed since then, so we decided to give it another try a while back and are glad we did! We visit this location about once a week and have received hot, delicious food each time we come!
We have tried everything from the Philly cheesesteaks to the wings and tenders and liked them all. I especially like the sea salt brined fries.
We don't mind waiting for just a bit to receive hot food, so we always just plan on eating in when we come. We have had delicious food and courteous service upon every visit, no matter what time of day or day of the week we have visited. Ms. Michelle always takes good care of us!
Is this a front for something else??? The food was excellent that’s why I gave two stars. The young woman taking my order interrupted me sounding annoyed that she couldn’t hear me as I was reading the flavors and it annoyed me. So, in the waiting time for our food (which was a bit quicker than she said which was great), I then went around the corner to use the bathroom and the employee entrance door was open as two cackling women stood their in the way chit chatting with an employee and I said excuse me and made my way to the bathroom and someone said OH WERE JUST HERE TALKING ABOUT HER BABY. Then I came out sat down we waited but the whole time the three women were yelling and talking very loudly. I now know the skinny guy who works there just lost some weight, one of them worked at UPS, and one said she had to go do something and if it didn’t go her way she would just off herself????. The two cracky looking women left and then three separate people came in two asking for a “Becky” and they were told she already left so they turned and left. The guy who was alone and came in right after them asked for someone else who had already left and he left. (This is why I’m wondering what ALL WNB is selling at this location?) 3 separate people come in, look for a specific and then all leave with ZERO purchases, just seems odd. Then the young girl decides to yell when she sees another friend walking into the store to the point I jumped while trying to eat. Food is good, but would not recommend the restaurant. Go somewhere else.
We had a 15-minute wait for our food, which is understandable for freshly prepared meals. However, the fries were served cold and the burgers were overcooked. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged us from returning to the establishment.
Ordered online for pickup, tracker shows order ready 30 minutes after ordering. Waited another 15 minutes inside before order was ready. Ten minutes after I left received a text that order was ready. Cheese steak barely had any cheese and very dry steak. Wings were very good and hotter than expected which was nice. Fries were ok but needed salt.
