I went for collision repair referred by my insurance.
My car had no electrical problems no other problems than a bumper and a crease on the lift gate to fix.
They spent 2 weeks to do just that then when I come to get my car it wouldn’t start. I had to get a jump. They remove the push button and no body knows where it is until I found it in the cup holder and try to fix it
The second picture is the hood lifter device. They left it broken. Frank the manager does not know nothing about what happened during the repair The inside of the car was not even sanitize before they give it to me.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. As for me I will never go back
The manager ordered the lift hood device when I come to pick it up he wants me to let them fix it.
For a bumper fix. This is what I get. Hell no. I didn’t let them do it. I went to the dealer
He didn’t replace the part and he take the money.
Please Avoid what I went through! I don’t wish that to nobody.
They did a great job repairing the damage to my truck, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Pricing was actionally reasonable, a lot lower than another estimate I got. See before and after pictures below.
I've had to have my truck's body repaired three times from two different crashes and a non-vehicle related damage. All three times it was done here and it was done right; I only had to bring it back for a minor issue and they corrected it. The staff is professional and they stay in contact with you. Raymond Cavendish was my service advisor and he stayed on the ball, and the service manager is not afraid to pick up the slack when things get busy. My experience with this shop has been positive.
I went there today 09/23/19. And this guys are business. Starting with the receptionist, very nice lady, then Victoria & Luis were great, FAST and to the point, impeccable manners and professional and then Joel from the car rental, awesome guy and also very professional. They know their trade and wanted you to be on your way quick. I hope not to have another minor accident, it if so I’ll go back there. My car is still in the shop but for what I have seen 5 stars. Geico also responded right away. Keep it up !
The nice Mitsubishi Technician showed me my worn original parts that he had to replace and explained how the parts look when in excellent condition. Great job!
BAD & INCOMPETENT!
Very poor quality job. They tried to fix it and results were still unsatisfactory.
Amateurs charging high prices for low quality and incomplete repairs.
Carlos never called me to deliver the part I paid for and after reaching twice still waiting.
They do a great job. Very nice and professional employees. Thank you for your perfect service and help.
