Best KPortal Reviews
This is undoubtedly the worst pharmacy that I have used. It took them a week (according to issue date of prescription alongside my attempts to pick up) to make up my prescription. Historically, they have never had all of my (common) items in stock and I’ve always had to wait extra days or take part of the prescription elsewhere. To top it all, I was left waiting 20 minutes to collect my prescription today (I had been missed in the queue) and the very rude pharmacist didn’t even have the grace to apologise. I won’t be back!!
Very professional and helpful staff. ???? I had a medical emergency and they were prompt, professional and extremely friendly. Customer service of the highest level. A special thanks to Sophie, Louise and verity, and gus the pharmist. ✌️????????????????
Prescriptions sometimes took days to be processed. Items that needed ordering were only ordered when I went to collect them, despite this being 8 days after requesting the medication (this has occurred twice). The processed prescription / medication was lost inside the pharmacy so had to be re-processed which involved re-ordering. The end to end process to obtain repeat medication took over two weeks. This pharmacy is ideally placed to serve the community but it desperately needs to pull its socks up before we all go elsewhere.
Month after month I have to chase my mothers blister packs, each month they promise to have them ready at least the week before we run out. Yet, months & months go by & I still have to them chase them & they make the same promse that it wont happen again. These meds are critical to my mothers health. Doesn't matter who you talk to in there, they make the same promise & nothing happens.
Das the pharmacist here is the most Amazing , Wonderful man ! He came to my Mum's aid & rescue in time of need, he is so clever & capable, caring & kind, he went beyond & did what no one else was doing for us that day, last Saturday. Try n cut a long story short, I'd taken my 75 year old Mum down for a working break to Hayling Island & she ran out of her 10 monthly repeat prescription meds as away longer than anticipated & normally with Lloyd's pharmacies, they assured us we could get them anywhere when they returned it "back to spine" but Lloyd's in West Town, Hayling couldn't & wouldn't help, very rude & was busy, hectic chaos there so we had to phone NHS 11 which took another hour = 7 hours altogether that day spent, which led to NHS phoning Lloyd's who wouldn't answer so they contacted Das here as next nearest I suppose & he 'phoned me on my mobile & said if we could get over there, not too far a drive if traffic good, he'd sort it all out for us & he did ! Marvelous miracle worker & such an angel with it ! Felt compelled to leave a review to show appreciation for what he does & to let others know how good & valued & valuable he is. ... I was impressed by this pharmacy too, very unusual & plush as set within a medical centre, with a robotic medication dispenser, never seen before !
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My wife recently had a C-section and urgently needed some medication as advised by a doctor. I telephoned the pharmacy and spoke with a young lady who advised me that they had to stop serving at 11pm. at 10:55pm I tried calling to confirm exactly which part of the building the pharmacy was in but there was no answer. I arrived at the main entrance of the pharmacy at 10:56pm (having walked around the entire building) to find all the lights off and the shutter down. As I stood there cursing to myself two people came scurrying out what must have been a side door (as they suddenly seemed to appear from no-where) and rapidly walked to a large mercedes. Despite me trying to get their attention (very politely I must add) they completely ignored me got in the car and drove off at speed. They knew that I was driving all the way from Selsey as I had called in twice. Once when I spoke with the young lady and then again at 10:40 when I spoke with a gentleman who gave me their postcode. I had already reached Siddlesham by 10:40 which gave me plenty of time to get to the pharmacy had they stayed open until 11pm. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. The timings were per my iPhone, which as we all know connects with the the phone carriers signal which in turn is linked with the atomic clock and are therefore accurate to the second.
Have been using it since it opened some years ago. A modern, friendly and efficient pharmacy which does exactly what it should with no fuss and a friendly smile. I can't fault it. Very long opening hours- longest in the Chichester area I believe.
The only one worth going to in the area. Great staff and always with a huge smile. Excellent advice, if needed. Plus they will deliver or SMS when items are ready. They also have opening hours that are amazing for a small village, need meds at 10.30 at night they are open. Woken up with a sore throat then they are open from 7am.
