They are never open when it says on google they’re open. Yesterday I went to collect a package and I thought I was on time because they said they close at 7:30pm I come and I see they’re closed at 6:40pm. If u want to close early please update your website and get nicer staff!
This business might operate fine as a pharmacy, but not as a parcel pick up point. They seem to operate according to mood, as to whether they want to provide this extra service. I recently had a parcel from DHL refused twice from this shop, although they are advertised as a collection point on the DHL website.
This pharmacy is clearly a family run business they have kids and everyone working in there. The eldery lady who they call "MUM or Aunty" is very weird she tells you to wait in a side after taking payment or if waiting for prescription but its so small you can't even wait in a side Without People brushing against you. They've literally packed it up with everything that they have no space for customers to wait. Its ridiculous and suffocating its also a safety hazard for customers with children.
They are never open when they supposed to be open. One time I went there to collect a parcel at 9.30am, It says they should be open at 9.15am, they were closed! I called back a bit later that day asking what time they open just to confirm the Google was correct and the guy answered and said they open at 9.15am, when questioned what had happened this morning he said they were just 10mins late! Okay it happens.
Today I left work very quickly to come and get a parcel I needed tonight because I have been at work all day. It says they close at 7.30pm and guess what I get here and they are CLOSED! Like it takes the mick because some people are at work all day and except the shops to be open when it should be open!! I got here at 7.23pm, there is no reason why the shutters are down before 7.30pm which is their closing time!!!
Let's see if they will open at 9.15 tomorrow morning!!! Won't be sending my parcels here anymore!
Went yo return a parcel, the lady at the desk said she doesn't want that size box in her shop. I challenged her with regards to her contractual obligations with the retailers; she said they know about her not wanting a big box in her shop. The box was the size of a microwave sent by the retailer. I phoned the retailer and informed them and they told me there are no such arrangements of refusal with collect plus points. Very despicable service....unprofessional!!!!
Went to return a package here and it was quick.
My nearest drop off point lied to me two times when trying to return a package so I'm glad this pharmacy helped me.
I went in 3 times explaining I hadn't had a collection code sent for my delivery. The first time I was sent away 'everyone has a code. There is no way the system breaks down. Everyone has a code'. Refused to look for the parcel. The second visit I knew the item was there because of the courier details. Same situation, refused to look for the parcel. The system never fails. Third time, I had the courier signature etc. Same refusal to help. Constantly serving other customers and ignoring me. After 5 or 10 minutes I asked if she would just look for the item and rescan it just in case. She came back with a printed receipt and wanted me to check my original email for a different code. Suddenly, in my inbox is the email and code. She said something along the lines of 'there you go it was there all along'. I pointed out it had delivered 2 minutes before. It had clearly only just been scanned. I tried to explain that I didn't want an apology I just wanted her to recognise that her system was not infallible but she was having none of it. Bee's Pharmacy is just up the road, I'll be going there instead.
I've always gone here for everything. Recently it's been parcel deliveries. Usually i say how many there are and maybe say one less than i should have by accident from miscalculation. Yesterday i popped in and i had two parcels to pick up. Got one... Not the other. Funny though as the collect plus app and yodel app and littlewoods app and people on the phone at littlewoods all told me it's there including two seperate emails one saying it's another as a reminder that i only have three days... Now it's two days imagine i was at work today i would have lost my parcel due to their rudeness. I asked them to have another look if possible and i was met with a response that i should delete the old codes even tho i said multiple times it's there. Then the woman said they might have sent it but not delivered it and said they have. Made no sense to me. Why would i be saying it's there when its not. Now im changing my days plans because of them being lazy last night just to go back again to get my parcel. Disappointing. Will never have anything sent there again after this kind of service.
