It was not a great day at this Wing Stop.
We ordered ahead online and our order was estimated to be ready in 16-21 minutes. When we arrived 25 minutes later our order was not ready, and we waited another 20 minutes for it. They were out of corn, carrots, and chicken tenders. Several other customers and 3 delivery drivers were also waiting. The cashier was telling walk-in customers that it would be 30 minutes to an hour wait. Most of them just left.
Not only is it wayyy TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE WRONG THING but it takes an hour AT LEAST to get my food every single time I order here.. And it never right NEVER. I love their wings but it is not even worth it. Not to mention that every time I go the staff is high and doing absolutely NOTHING I have seen them talk bad about the customers. I guess the whole company doesn't care because everyone reviews badly at this place and there is no change.????
Ordered two chicken sandwich meals and they decided to converge the two basket of fries into one large fry which compared to my friends normal fry is almost the same proportion. Asked to get my other basket and they said no? Kinda peeved me off. Other than that the sandwich was good. And they play that music way too loud in there.
Terrible service and atmosphere. My girlfriend and I have come here a few times and its terrible every time. We always place our order online ahead of time and every single time it takes 45 min to an hour to be ready. We went tonight and i got to the restaraunt 30 min after i placed my order and didnt receive it until 20 minutes after i arrived. The employee behind the counter was helping 2 people when i walked in and saw me but after handing them their order he ignored me and walked to the back and proceeded to play on his phone. After about 5-6 min another couple walked in behind me and he came to the counter and asked what they had still ignoring me. I stopped him before he was about to turn around to tell him i had an order and he told me they were “working on it.” When they brought me my order i noticed there was no ranch, mind you i paid for an extra ranch and, he responded “we aint got none.” They have a coca cola freestyle soft drink machine and out of ALLLL the drink possibilities the only thing they had in there was coke and sprite. I am very irritated with my experience tonight and will never be going back. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint about them because they do not deserve to be a running location.
We’re dining in Saturday 6/1 at 3pm and asked the manager to turn down the music and he said he couldn’t. I could barely hear my daughter talking to me from across the table. If anyone is looking for the clubbing and dining experience check out Wingstop on Juban.
My daughter could have died. No but really something bad could have happened if she was allergic to whatever is in the atomic seasoning. I Placed a mobile order. And I know my fault for not checking before leaving.. but we get home and my food was not in the bag but it’s whatever it’s fine. Then my daughter starts eating her food which was the wrong flavor and wing style, she starts eating the atomic flavor wing when she ordered the bbq wings which looks similar to each other. The store wasn’t busy, there was no rush, I get it orders get mixed up but a little attention to detail would be nice. Just a word to the wise of you ever go there please check your order before leaving this place.
First off, the “manager” (I doubt he was) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we were ordering a guy asked if they could refill the sweet tea, the manager said “no we are out.” With an attitude and then proceeded to say “why the hell would we refill sweet tea before closing. Uh uh. Not happening” under his breath while checking us out. It was 6pm. They weren’t even close to closing. We go to fill our drinks and there is MOLD on the cup lids at the bottom. All the tables were disgustingly dirty. They had two employees just chatting to the side at the only clean table. They do not use gloves when prepping food. They got my wife’s order wrong, so we asked them if they could make boneless like we had ordered and the “manager” proceeded to rudely argue saying we never ordered boneless and then said they were out of boneless wings (they weren’t. He was lying.) we asked for a refund and he said “where tha fry’s? Where tha dippin sauce then?” We returned it with no problem and he pranced his rude self over to the trash and threw it away. No apology for messing up our order, no professionalism at all. Just plain attitude from the moment we walked in and until we walked out. The floor was greasy and slippery as well. There were flys all over the place flying around us as we waited. I doubt he was the manager because there was a lady who looked like a manager sitting on her laptop at one of the tables. If he is the manager, he does not deserve to be. I truly don’t recommend this place. It’s gross, unsanitary, and the “manager” was rude.
My grandkids and I went there today 5/4/24 along with my service dog and was refused service. The gentleman at the register stated “you can’t have a dog in here.” I stated she is a registered service dog. He stated, “ we don’t accept service dogs of any type.” That was my first and last time going there. What about veterans with service dogs, blind people with service dogs or people in wheelchairs with a service dog? You just violated the ADA ACT buddy and you and your establishment will be reported for refusing service to me bc of my registered service dog. After reading the reviews here, the owning or owners need to train their employees better. The gentleman was very rude. Even my granddaughter who is 13 yrs old asked, “why did he have to be so rude? He was ugly to you and that’s not right.” We shopped at several stores in Juban crossing with my service dog and never had a problem. As a matter of fact the employees and managers asked to pet my dog bc she was being so good. I will NEVER visit your establishment again. I was a first time customer and last. Y’all need training on how to treat customers. I’m so disgusted with this company and the gentleman. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! Read the reviews they’re rude!
