First of all, yesterday it was a really bad day.
I came here a couple of times before to eat, it's good, I love it. But yesterday I was just taking a UBEREATS order. The food was ready when I got there like it usually is, I never wait for too long here.
As I was saying it was a bad day already, so it happened that I dropped one of the drinks on the floor and everything was wet and messy, I cleaned as much as possible and called the cashier, she said not to worry and even gave a cup for myself to drink anything I wanted.
— I just want to say thank you, this place makes me feel like one of those back home, and I really appreciate your kindness.
Ordered food online for pick up. Parked outside of the store until one minute remained on the order.
Ordered 10 plain wings and a side of spicy fries.
Took them directly home, just six minutes away.
The wings were barely warm as was the fries.
No receipt so I could not complain using the Wingstop feedback link.
When you come here I hope you get BriAna for service! Her personality won me over at HELLO! You can tell she clearly loves what she does and who she does it for! I vote Her for next employee of the month!!!!
To start off. The whole environment of this store is extremely loud and chaotic. Whatever concert type theme is trying to be achieved here, you guys got it. I usually never write reviews or post my opinions on locations. Although this location has to be the loudest place I’ve ever been to. Even the employees in the kitchen be blasting the loudest music too. The music is so loud that the employees will be damn near yelling at anyone who is with me to grab some food. I appreciate Briana as a worker and respect her as a person. But damn when she takes our order I feel like I’m getting yelled at for everything. And it could be very much be because of the loud music. Besides the the food wasn’t the best. The food we got today was probably just not made probably because I am a fan of wingstop. My partner got lemon pepper wings and bbq, and he got a very bad stomach ache. This location can definitely fix this issue by just chilling down a bit. People who get anxious quickly or can’t handle too much at once like myself. This location is not the best for you.
I've never dined in only because I like to eat my wings at home but it is a nice place to eat. The food is always finger kicking good, the staff is hard working and nice. I'll take this place over any wing place every time.
We had a great dinner from wings too, chicken with different flavors, fried and greens
Been coming here for years. Spend $50+ every time. Multiple times a month. Last few times the wings have been dry, last night I asked to make them a little more wet. I was told no and was charged for extra sauce. AAAAnd today I figure let’s give ‘em 1 more chance and order a garlic Parmesan chicken sandwich. I attached a photo of said sandwich, if you look at it you will see NO Parmesan on it what so ever. It’s so lightly applied that there is barely any. Good job wing stop you lost a long term customer due to your ….stinginess
They never get the orders correct at this location! Attention GM... and OWNERS.... THIS STORE IS NEED OF RE TRAINING.... AND NEW MANAGEMENT! MONEY AND FOOD AND BEVERAGES SHOULD BE HANDLED SEPARATELY.
