Ordered delivery on a Wednesday afternoon. Everything I ordered came. Fries are burnt and taste awful because of it. Wings are SUPPOSED to be combination of flats and drumsticks but for the second time now I got 2 flats on a 20 wing order. I love Wingstop but I get their food to feel happy and satisfied and this is not it. Do better.
I love wingstop. Even when it wasn’t what I ordered I loved it. Tried this location and was absolutely disgusted! I’ve never written a bad review but I HAD to. If I could attach a video of how hard my fries and chicken is I would. Not even edible. I would call for a refund but I’m too mad about it and I know I’ll be rude. I will never come here again.
If boneless wings and "classic wings" traded places I guess there's no problem. This was supposed to be 6 lemon pepper CLASSIC wings. Done trying with this location! Don't even bother calling you will just further waste your time! 30 min in no one has picked up!
Update 11/1/23 someone in the store needs to double check orders to ensure everything is included BEFORE DOOR DASH ARRIVES!! Nobody wants to drive back for missing items when they order delivery from the start! Please do better and double check orders for accuracy or include a disclaimer to warn people that their orders may be messed up because nobody is going to ensure accuracy!
I was scared to eat here because of the current rating, but I’m glad I did. The wings and fries were cooked good. Maybe in the beginning there were issues but every time I’ve gone there was never a problem. Also the employees are wonderful, especially Alesia!
Wingstop is overrated, Iv been to multiple across the state and they are all the same. Super dry super salty pre battered and cooked ready too heat up dog food. Spend you money at a real scratch kitchen and stop eating like pets
Food was alright. My fries were soggy, tenders were meh. I placed a big order for Super Bowl and I feel like I got ripped off. The store is so disorganized and a bunch a young kids that really don’t care working there. Never again will I get food from the location.
Everyone has room for improvement, but this place treated in person way better than the person who helped over the phone on my way here . I waited over 45 min for my wings to go order though. This was frustrating . Customer service host name was Victoria , she was helpful but then avoided my eye contact while I was waiting. Of course I still walked out with my wings , but the wait and avoidance was very disrespectful
I placed an online order for a 10 piece of boneless wings and fries for a later time but i was very disappointed with my order. First off my fries were very cold when I got them even though I arrived at the exact time I stated on my order. Also not only were some of the wings small and not very hot (although not as cold as the fries) but I'm used to other locations giving out the bigger containers where there was additional sauce at the bottom. Half of my wings seemed to have very little sauce on them however. First time at this location but not sure if I'll be coming back.
