I ordered online but decided to go inside to see them cooking my food. I was not greeted when I came in the door, everyone was on their phones, AirPods in, and not even paying attention to the customer. Also, there was not a glove in sight which is distracting because everyone was on their phones and hands in their pockets. I kindly asked for a refund and left! I will NEVER be visiting that location again!!!!
It was my first time ordering from this place and I’m very surprised how low service they have provided. I’ve seen 3-4 Uber guys coming taking out the food while they were customers who came first come first serve before them waiting in the line and my order was never ever delivered. I waited for more than 25-30 minutes and at the end when I asked them where is my order they said they still waiting for fries. Unfortunately I was very upset with the situation and I told if I knew you guys doing it so slow, I would rather order from Uber and the manager was very mad at me and she said do I want to return your money? I said yeah of course because first of all the inside was smelling very bad the smoke from wings and fries so bad the ventilation system is not working at all. I couldn’t stay inside. I had to wait outside. I was never called. I would never ask my phone number so I know when my order is ready which says and shows how unprofessional team there is no manager is controlling the team. The orders are going very slow even tho there are 3 people working inside. The workers are not ready for the volume this location Definitely not supposed to work here and has to be resigned to different owner and corporation of the Wingstop should reconsider and check the entire system is working on Kirkman Road because this is not acceptable, especially for the food, industry and food location because it’s a health of the people health of the society on the Kirkman Road. People were very upset as well who are waiting for the order more than 30 minutes all of them were upset and it’s not only me. Thanks for reading
We had absolutely no issues with the workers. However, we ended up driving home and finding these disgusting, overcooked soggy fries. The photo doesn’t do justice to just how disgusting these fries were. Not only that, but one of the chicken boxes had a BUG cooked, slathered in sauce. So unsanitary and disgusting. The chicken tasted terrible too. Never coming back here again.
There was a lot and I mean a lot of smoke in the restaurant. The wait was ok, and it was nice that the cashier made me aware of the managers special. My order was supposed to be 25 of one flavor and 10 of another but they messed it up, and gave me way too many of the lesser flavor. The fries were so greasy and salty that I couldn't eat any. The bathrooms need to be checked more often as it was messy and smelled awful.
Poor customer service never greeted ladies in the front looked lost and confused clearly they need more training. They shorted wings on my order and when I called she said to come back and get my two wings. Terrible experience! I’ll make sure to fallow up w corporate
Great cozy spot to stop and chill for a quick bite. Most people order to go but there is eat in capabilities. Lemon pepper and original hot sauce were great, just a tad bid too much on the lemon pepper flavor but edible otherwise. Great music, good ambiance, free refills on drinks and staff were friendly. Fries are the best I've tasted in a while. Only downside, did not notice a trash can to drop off garbage.
Seems like the guy cooking the wings was doing more than anyone else. The cashier was terrible, and I could barely understand what she was saying. Someone needs to clean the place up too. I guess they could have been having a rough night because they were training a new guy, but still. The food wasn't bad. So, it seems that all the extra work didn't really affect the cook. The printer is right around the corner, so I may give them another chance in the future...maybe
worst customer service ever, they dont care about the customer, they didnt explain to us the menu, and they said that the lobby was close at 9:30 even when the stores close at 12:00, i never saw something like this… this place need to be run with better people that care about the customers…. they seems like they dont care about nothing.
