The sandwiches are both flavorful and hot (they prepare all orders only after they've been made), and the only real drawback to that is that you'll have to wait a while before your order is done if you're pressed for time. The staff is friendly and attentive - something you don't get at every fast food place - so other than the issue of sauce occasionally getting on the exterior of the buns, there's no real reason for complaint.
Got me waiting half an hour after I arrived at the store location just to pick up my order I place online. It was already there in the shelf and I was told give it 10 when I told the female cashier I'm here for pick up. Didn't left with my order till shortly after 1130
if i can give zero stars i would, I come to this location almost every week after work they NEVER answer the phone busy or not. i still continue to go because its closest to my house however when i call for 25 min no answer come in to order in person wait another 10-15 min only to be told i can only order boneless when its not my fault they dont answer the phone to take my BONE IN order to begin with theres 5 of you guys idc how busy you are it takes 1 min or less to take an order from a phone thats been ringing for the past 20MIN or more and still have the NERVE to give attitude. i walk away to get my drink & the kitchen ladies are saying my name out loud saying rude comments thinking i didnt hear or speak spanish????????♀️ but when confronted act lost? but then i walk out & they want to talk .. VERY unprofessional ???? overheard someone else complaining their online order was wrong but had to come in because no one would answer the phone . key word.. *the phone*
They racially profiled me. I went for a interview but he refused to interview me.He say “We busy right now so we not doing interviews” he repeated twice after i showed him I had a interview for this location. As he looked at me he seen I was Black so he went on and said “We’re not hiring” but its a big sign outside saying hiring for cashier. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

They did a horrible job. They did not even mix my wings well!
Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE but here. First we ordered 30 wings, we only got 23. 10 of the wings were supposed to be boneless, all wings were traditional. Not to mention, none of the wings tasted correct, they were too chewy, red, and overall just wrong. Now, my friends and I who ate the wings, are experiencing severe food poisoning. Is it really that difficult to count to 30, and make sure the wings are properly cooked? Also, picking up the order was an absolute nightmare. NOT ONE PARKING SPOT WAS OPEN. NOT A SINGLE ONE. Never will go to this location, or any other Wingstop for that matter because I am truly traumatized with how the service was done and how the food is impacting my body. I will be going to the ER if I don’t stop puking today, thanks Wingstop for the awful experience. Genuinely think about retraining your employees and making sure your food is safe to eat, would give negative a million stars or zero stars if it was an option.
Way too many times I get shorted on the amount of wings I paid for. It's not too hard to count to 10 but seems like it's an issue at this location. I NEVER get more than I pay for but on at least 3 occasions have gotten shorted. Too disappointing! Although I LOVE eating wingstop, this has turned me off to ordering from this location again. Please see below...
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10!!!!! Please dont stop at 8 or 9 when I paid for 10!!
