This is the second time ive ordered 2x 20 peice boneless meal deal's, and only gotten one delivered. Thanks for stealing my $
Oh and dont bother trying to call the store, no one picks up. For 30 minutes.

My first time going to Wingstop this is the one at West 10th Street in Indianapolis Indiana I ordered 20 piece boneless I only received 15 pieces... On top of that the flavors were not labeled it was this guy he was too busy on his phone to explain to me the order or anything so I would not go to this Wingstop as straight trash and the four different flavors that I got all of them tasted the same.... Horrible I would never go again and I wouldn't suggest to that particular one????????????????
Tommy was so sweet and patient with us. He is the only good thing about this place. All orders were ok but my burger was so soggy and chewy like it wasnt cooked at all. Couldn’t finish it.
The best thing in this place was Tommy, the guy who took our order and served us. He was so patient, friendly, kind and nice .
The food was mid . If I have to come again it will be because of the staff in general and Tommy in particular.
My tea was mixed with TAP WATER from a take out order from with wingstop and my wings were not even half seasoned.
Missing and incorrect items my order, manager was rude and very unprofessional. I will not return. Concerned about inability to locate this company on the State registry. I filed a complaint on the website and received confirmation of my refund however the direct location refused to deal with this in a manor that is worthy of my service again.
The best wing stop I’ve ever had. Demoni made sure our food was fresh and crispy. There was only 2 workers but our food was out in less than 10 minutes. Demoni made our experience the best ever. Give him a raise!!????️
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. I ordered through their website and they use a 3rd party for delivery. The dasher never showed up so I called the restaurant, who then told me they couldn't do anything about it and gave me another number to call. That number has more limited hours than the restaurant so they were closed. I then had to call Door Dash who had to put me on hold for 20 minutes while they called the restaurant to have the order cancelled and refunded. The poor delivery isn't the restaurant's fault, but the horrible customer service is. I spent 40 min on various phone calls trying to get my money refunded when the restaurant could have done it from the beginning. They are either poorly trained or simply bad at their jobs. Either way, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION.
