$8.99 chicken sandwich with my favorite sauce, garlic parmesan....
I'm not sure where to start... one other person was in front of me that wasn't sitting at a table. I place my order at 12:59 pm, they serve 3 in house and 2 uber eats before I get my meal.
How long did it take? 29 minutes.
29 minutes for greasy oil soaked fries, and they apparently forgot the garlic on the chicken.
There were three guys working that I could see. My order taker checked off a bunch of boxes for reasonable suspicion training for being absolutely stoned off his rear. I've got no issue if you can work like that, but this guy couldn't. No personality, no greeting, nothing, McDonald's/ Wendy's people are more alert.
I'll give them that the chicken was cooked well and the roll was buttery. However, shaking parmesan on buttery chicken doesn't count as a sauce. $9 is a great price for a meal, but when fast food tastes better and comes out faster, you've got a serious problem. I never waste food, and I couldn't finish the fries. Ever bite into something, and go oh boy, that's going to mess with my stomach? They were as crunchy as a baked potato.
I guess that's a first and last time for me.
Food was super good, I mixed the a dip and flavor together and it was banging. Gave me ideas for the next time I come tbh. The style of the restaurant is modern. All the flavor and dip combos is dope. I just got the sandwich next time imma try their fries, I'll update when I do!!
I’ve been to this wing stop a few times and I’m always happy with my food (lemon pepper combo meal) . There’s always a long wait like they say 15-20 mins when you place online and it’s really like 35min wait. So that’s annoying! But my foods always hot and employees are always nice so I can suck up the wait for fresh food. However this time I tried something different and got the boneless wings. Which I thought were disgusting mostly breading and needed way more flavor. My fries were also cold and soggy. Overall super disappointing meal and I ended up just skipping dinner because I didn’t like the food. Anyway I called and explained my disappointment to the manager Hydie she was very friendly, understanding and helpful. My meal was so disappointing I considered not coming back here anymore but her customer service really helped rectify my disappointment.
The skinny girl with the red wig (horrible) I thinks she the manager OR something. She's acts like a mean bully girl. Every time I stop in she always has a nasty tone with her employees. I don't understand how anyone can work for her. Customers should not noticed who you are dating in the work place super unprofessional. I wonder who gave her that job title? Has to be family. She doesnt show no leadership role AT ALL!! I feel so bad for the workers because they are always professional, nice and hard working meanwhile being talk down to by this lazy bully. The team works super hard while her and her boo drag their feet around. Ive even seen her fold under pressure when the store got to crowded mean while the team kept pushing every order out. Tonight was my last time ever going back to that store. They need to bring the other lady manger back that was there the store was more welcoming
Ordered a chicken sandwich. 20 mins. Later got my order,went back to work and it was completely wrong ! Called to let them know and I was told that I ordered wings! Had to go back and get my money returned.. terrible terrible place
Got there with 5 people, ordered food and had to wait 40 MINUTES for them to not even get our order right. We ordered 5 boxes of wings and only got 3. Out of the 3 that we got, 1 order was wrong. The wings were pretty good but the fact that we had to wait for that long is insane. And the fact that they got most of our order wrong is completely obsurd. Not only was the wait long, the staff were arguing and yelling back and forth. Definitely won’t be going back there. Terrible.
These people keep screwing up my order. Last time we order garlic Parmesan and they gave us lemon. This time we order 12 wings and they gave us 10. I’m good We live 20 minutes away so we can’t just drive back. Service is only like this due to poor management. No wonder they have 2 stars.
This place is overhyped, my fries were too sweet and tasted horrible. I got hot honey rub for my chicken flavor and it’s not hot or honey tasting AT all. It smelled really funny when I walked in, the place was empty. There were NO trashcans anywhere. The ranch was too salty for my liking and my grandpa said it looks like queso. Wingstop, do better!
