Food was great. There was a bit of a delay waiting for the food. but the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and really helped me during the ordering process. It got really busy in there and he handled everything really well, especially impatient customers! What a gentleman!
Im a nurse taking care of others. Wanted wingstop on my break but, No one had on gloves. The floor was dirty. I came in to order they told me I had to call in or order online. I did that waited 15 min for them to laugh and tell me they forgot to put my order in. I SPENT 45 MIN waiting on food that they never made.
The guy in the photos was extremely rude
When you order here and pick up the food is fine but ordering on door dash the order is wrong EVERYTIME. At this point it’s definitely deliberate because they know since it’s delivery they don’t have to deal with the customer so they do what they want. This location needs new management quick.
Terrible experience. My daughter went in with her friend. They ordered three minutes apart. My daughter got her order in thirty minutes (not great for one order). Her friend was still waiting an hour later. We were nearby so they called us. My husband pointed out that she was waiting for an hour for one meal. They said they were waiting on fries. For an hour after my husband spoke up she had her meal in ten minutes. I get being busy but that is absurd. Many places near by with better customer service. Go there.
Everytime i have to come to this place,it's like a nightmare for me.Worse place to come whether it's for take out or delivery. Unprofessional staffs, waiting time is a dead end and when you finally get your order if you get it, you have to unseal the bag because something will be missing or they will be giving you something else.They be joking around and talking while preparing the order. I think the service would've been better if they let Mexican people run this place instead, cause Mexican people take their jobs seriously.
2/24 right near midnight. Coming from someone who has worked in food service everyone who works here is a saint. Having great customer service especially right before closing is rare these days and I’m mad at myself for not getting his name but he was extremely accommodating! Thank you to everyone who works here I know you work hard and I appreciate you!! (And they have a freestyle machine so finding sugar free or decaf drinks is easy!!)
My carry out order time was 30 minutes beyond the quoted time. I guess there’s incentive to meet your promised time when you already have your customer’s money, is there? Also the employees are very rude. When you have to wait for 30 minutes for your carry out order, you’re subjected to f this and f that over and over again.
Last time I went to this location, the wait was astronomically long and by the time I was able to order, people after me were getting their food first
This time, I ordered two sets of wings and tenders with fries for all of them. I ended up getting only one order of fries with it and no tenders whatsoever
Not recommended to anyone????
