Linwood Square used to be a great location but there has to have been a change in management or ownership.
Placed an online order, waited 20 minutes before we left the house, got there to pick it up and still had to wait another 20 minutes. Items were missing and the chicken was fried too hard and barely had any sauce /flavor.
This is the 2nd time in 6 months at different locations we were disappointed, not returning to any of them.
The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is for the price of the food. I got a 5pc tender strip with fries and a friend got a 8pc tender strip and fries and it was $45. Other than that the food was excellent, the service was excellent. Keep putting out great food!!!!
I ordered delivery and did not receive my complete order. I called the store and was told to call the online number. No luck there. I am not sure why I paid for an incomplete order with a tip. I will not do it again.
Decent food but nothing to go out of your way for. If I would have known it would take just as long for 8wings as it does for a steak dinner I definitely would have the stake dinner. On top of the horrible wait there’s a lady wiping her nose with her sleeve as she makes food.
Been to wingstops all over the United States and never had a complain until now. Service was great but the wings were undercooked. If you value your time and hard earned cash then don't even bother ordering from this location.
They food is great but their customer service could be better. A lot of times the wait period for food is a long time and the employees don't always acknowledge the customers that's waiting.
There's not an option for a negative star review so therefore that's the only reason I gave one star. Worst service I've ever had and was the first time I ordered and wanted to try WingStop at the new store that just opened on 10th St Indianapolis I paid $63 for a door dash order that came the first time with literally only 3 baskets of fries. Which was NOT what I ordered then when calling back to have order corrected the sent a redelivery out with just one order of fries only. Never was resolved and I ended up paying $63 for a total of four baskets of fries and it was late so nobody or children even got to eat. Will never order or try this place again or door dash. Unless you owe much want to have your money just stolen due to their error.
The whole experience wasn't really bad but they were understaffed at the time. I would've liked more sauce on the wings and the fries were more soggy than crisp.
