I got sick from the food. I ordered some voodoo fries and a 10 piece Orginal hot. The fries were BURNT. How can you clearly see the fries are burnt and still serve them- . Just nasty . Yeah let me stick to the one on sherwood. The wings were ok ig.
I've been twice to this location over the span of a couple of years. After my first experience I decided I wouldn't go back due to the 45min wait on an order of wings and fries. Went back again the other day because I really wanted wings, and had the exact same 45min wait. The food and service were both meh. The wait is pretty crazy though considering it's a single serving of fries and bone in wings.
They messed up my order a lil bit and gave me a different wing flavor but it was so good I could not even come back to complain this was a great experience and I will be coming back every week fasho. Also this is the cleanest wingstop I have ever experienced they all need a raise and for those who complain about wingstop employees being mean or rude, that is a part of the experience.
You can see the employee here refuses to open the door even though they are not closed. She has it locked, will not answer the phone or serve me. Will be calling corporate on her. She opened the door for someone else to inform them that she closes at 11… we were both very angry as the store is open until 12 o'clock midnight it says it on the door and online
We're waiting to order but they didn't come and take an order, they don’t care about the customer. No one was in the kitchen and counter, pretended not to see us.
Called in my order and got there a few minutes early. Staff was very polite and inviting. Food was better than other Wingstops. Enjoyed my experience at this location and hope to make it back to this area for lunch again.
There was roaches in the store and the food didn't come until an hour after ppl who came after us. The employees are rude and disrespectful and disgusting.
Completely unacceptable!!! You can clearly see these fries are burntyet this is what they are giving to customers.
