Great service I went there I believe sometime last week ???? I forgot her name, but I know she had pink or red hair. She was super sweet and awesome and seemed like the only one that was paying attention to my order. garlic Parmesan all flats came out perfect!! I mean look at the FLAVA !!
Cristal was very welcoming & patient! She was really helpful with helping me get a right amount of wings for my family of 10. She also gave me the best deal which was great as I was on a budget. Very impressed with the customer service. I’ve been here before and the other staff was not as friendly or helpful.
I was on my lunch break and I decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. The employees were friendly and while I kept looking at my watch, this one particular employee, I can’t remember the exact spelling but her name was pronounced Crystal, noticed that I was in a rush and tried her best to accommodate me as quickly as possible. I didn’t want to complain, but I only had 20 minutes left for break and she got me out of there and back to work quickly with a perfect order!
Cashier CRISTALLE. Some of us as customers speak Spanish and understand way better the menus and deals. You can help with the understanding of orders. And not take advantage for the company and charge us more because you lazy to explain on our convenience to order
Cristalle was the sweetest! I didn’t mind waiting, she was very attentive to everyone who walked in and reassured us when till be ready! She was great!!!! I will def return we need more welcoming employees like her!
The food is great but the size of the chicken is RIDICULOUSLY I keep ordering from here the wings are ridiculously small
The 5 stars is ONLY for Cristal (I think that's how you spell it?) she has amazing customer service and was efficient and I actually got my order on time and right finally!!! I almost asked for her snap but know it isn't professional to take social media so I didn't???? would love to see her every time I eat there.
Loved the food and my service was amazing because of an employee, I believe her name was crystalle. She made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in and just gave me the best customer service as that is hard to come by now. Only thing the kind of bothered me was the manager, she kept yelling at her and other employees when they were trying to help others. The manager either needs fired or talked to immediately!!!
