I placed an order with this WingStop location last night through their website to be delivered via DoorDash. My drink was missing (refund was issued for the missing drink) and this was one of the wings from my order.
Shout out to the girl with the back and red hair, she was the only won doing her job at 7:40 May 10th, she was the only one not cussing, not saying derogatory words, not pouring straight cleaner onto to the tables, not running around the store threatening to walk out. So good for you. Everyone else. The vibes sucked. It took 30 minutes to get out Togo order. They only took online orders. The food was mid. This was the worst wing stop experience ever. And for the loud mouth causing problems, shut up. No one wants to hear you talk even your coworkers seem over you.
Food takes forever and workers lack customer service skills. Very unprofessional and rude. They are consistently laughing and joking in the back like they aren’t behind on orders. Also no hairnets are used when cooking food. Very Unsanitary. They need better management.
They literally take forever with your food and let it sit out and get cold this is unacceptable either y’all need more staff at night or something but I’m pissed I’m still here waiting as I type this
Took 1 hour and 25 min to get food for four people. Terrible service with no concern for the customer. My daughter had a similar experience during a previous occasion. They need a manager that knows and cares about how to run a store.
Not one person in there have a hair net, dreads hanging low and dirty on everyones food , not one worker have on gloves but they will argue with paying customers over something as simple as dipping sauce . Lady Manager with the orange dreads just young and rude. No type of customer service skills. If I can give no stars I would! Sad
As we walked into Wingstop in Arlington the manager looked at us and said we are not taking anymore orders that is just being lazy and a little rude. And one of the employees said you can order online. Because they were rude we just walked out and did not purchase anything and we went to wings and thing down the road and got treated a whole lot better.
The reason why I give a star because the wing tested horrible. Omg why they open shop like that. My first trip to wing shop I had good experience the cashier was nice and the wing is fresh hot and juicy. Then I decided to stop for second time i though it was good like the first time I got. But what I got is so horrible I don’t know how many day this wing had sit in shop it was hard to chew. I’m so disappointed ???? never again going back. Wasted my 30$ for trash. I was decided to order double from what I got last time.
