Guy with the big funky beard was rude and nasty didn’t want to take my order. Was all smiles with the young girl in front of me but soon as we walked up his stanky looking self acted like he didn’t hear anything I said. I work with customers all day mean and nasty ones. I am not a nasty customer so I want to be treated with respect when I come and spend my money with these companies. Do better!!
They need to hire a better, more friendlier staff. My teen daughter was in here on Sunday night (approximately 8pm). She expressed to me how unprofessional and rude the cashier was when placing her order. My daughter wanted some type of loaded-type fries with her combo. However, the cashier rudely said, “I’ve already rung up the order”! Seem simple to just adjust it or whatever. Bottom line, my daughter wasn’t able to get what she wanted because the cashier was obviously going through it in life. But when my teenager came back to the car and told me about this rude, unprofessional cashier, I decided to write this review. We have been here before, but this is the first time a staff member has been so unprofessional. Then again, we typically come during the day.
*Management: Let’s do a better job at hiring folks with better attitudes, point blank.
I was greeted when I entered and once I placed my order my food didn't take too long to come out.
I'll give the correct wings we received a 3. As for service, it's terrible time and time again. Ordered 4 different flavors of wings, only received 3. Called the store and the young lady who answered told me I need to take it up with DoorDash and proceeded to argue with me that DoorDash messed up the order. How do you mess up an order you're only picking up for delivery? Asked to speak to the manager bit she left the phone line open so I could hear her conversation. The manager agreed, after conversation, to make the order of wings missing but at this point I don't trust them to cook my food safely after arguing with someone who clearly shouldn't be answering the phone nor be in the service industry. I'd give a zero but they won't let me.
I can say with certainty this is the worst place I’ve ever ordered food from. The wings were cold, not warm they were cold to the touch, and so were the fries. I received no dipping sauce even though I paid for 2. The customer service was horrible as well rude staff and no order at all within the store. This place needs to be closed down I would not recommend anyone eat here. Terrible experience
I ordered 30 wings and three chicken sandwiches with lemon pepper and it tasted like they dropped a box of salt in all of the order. And that young female that took my order got a lot to learn, bad attitude. First time and the last time. NO MORE!
Wing stop did the big one! Food fresh and good ah! My order was ready when i arrived; great kitchen staff! My order was cooked well done and crispy!
Honestly the worse place I’ve ever ordered food from. They always get the order wrong , I don’t know if all of the employees are incompetent and can’t read but it’s ridiculous how they never get the order right. I don’t even understand why this location is still open , it’s dirty inside, the employees talk and stand around while you are waiting at the register to get your order taken. They don’t greet customers while taking their orders I received a “what you want” when I asked the cashier how her day was going . I ordered a 5 piece tender combo with voodoo fries ,5 piece Cajun corn, ranch and a side of hot sauce I received my voodoo fries , only 3 tenders and that was all. I didn’t get my corn , hot sauce or ranch. PLEASE FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF AND START OVER
