Good wings, good flavors....a bit of a wait, but that's not due to the staff but rather the high demand in orders. Staff works well together and seem to have a genuine bond
Food was good but they forgot my French fries. Tried calling but it went to opportunity to leave message but phone disconnected. Used each of the numbers suggested to reach someone but it only took me to another disconnect. Very dissatisfied!
Food has always been good! I've ordered the same meal from the Derby location and can't taste a difference. I avoid the wait and have a delivery service drop it off at work.
The service was absolutely horrendous. I didn’t want to be rude because I worked in food service but whoever served me was rude as hell and it took an hour for them to make 6 wings and fries, which were barely seasoned and had no sauce at all. Never going back to this wingstop.
I do ubereats here, this place was chaos. The lines were long. When it was time to get my orders a customer was rude and thought I was cutting the line and was just doing Uber. I'm not gonna have a customer food get cold and I get the bad ratings. Due to the lack of customer service and treat Uber drivers with the same respect as a regular customer we also have a job!
Best Wingstop I’ve ever been to. A+ service and A+ food. Shoutout to my guys Juan and Gabe for being the best employees I’ve ever met. Had to post up with them for a pic to let everyone know Wingstop is a family.
The food was okay, and the flavor on the wings wasn't very easy to taste.
I had a great customer service experience at this location! They don't do the lemon pepper hot wings so I got 4 of each. The lemon pepper was a 5, but the hot wings lacked some flavor/seasoning. The fries turned out to be good even though they were mostly dark. I guess that's just what happens with "fresh cut." Not my fry preference, but again they were good enough. How are their other flavored wings?
