The staff was very attentive and had my large order done in a timely manner. Tyler G. was the sweetest, and deserves a raise with how patient he is with customers, even when they can be trying. I'll definitely be coming back.
I love the boneless mild wings and whenever the manager Tyler is there or takes my order my order is always correct and fast and is always exactly how I want it. He always takes my order with a very organic smile, and it is very easy to see that he is very good at his job and likes his job!!!
Best wingstop i been too! Once I got there Tamara took my order she is the best very friendly and polite and fast she made sure I had everything! Wings tasted amazing! Will for sure be coming back again!
Wingstop has the best wings, I have been to many wingstop, but the one on Shelby Street is definitely the best they always get my order right and the employees are always very pleasant especially the gentlemen that’s normally there upfront Tyler. Also it would be awesome if they brought back POTATO SALAD!!!!!!!
Food is always fresh, staff is always friendly. I will go out of my way to come to this location because of the exceptional service!
They need to re train all the employees on how to cook. This is the second time I have eaten from this location and I have SICK. It had been a few months since I decided to try it again. I can’t even walk around cause I’m going to vomit if I do. I think the chicken was under cooked. It looked okay last night when I was eating until I got to the 3rd wing. It had blood in it. So I ended up throwing everything else away. Place has gone severely down hill.
i absolutely love this wingstop, best one I’ve been to by far. Alondra or mathob is usually the one to help me and they are always so friendly and helpful. foods always fresh, hot and fast! the store is always so clean, idk how they do it. definitely have the best staff!
